Bed tea / coffee will be termed as readymade tea, tea bags, lemon tea, ginger tea, Green Tea, Herbal, Flavoured, with or without milk, served in flask with cup and saucer. Tea / coffee may also be served as pot tea / coffee with separate milk, boiled water, tea bags, sugar cube / pouch. The sugar free will be the part of tea, as and when required. The Bed tea / coffee will be served in rooms.

1st -Working tea (forenoon) – Tea (including Green Tea, Herbal, Flavoured etc.) / coffee with assorted biscuits, or Cookies of good quality.

2nd -Working tea (afternoon)- Tea (including Green Tea, Herbal, Flavoured etc) / coffee with any one of hot snacks such as assorted pakora / samosa / kachori / assorted cookies/cocktail pizzas, /cheese cherry-Pineapple sticks/ Cupcakes/ muffins/ plain dhoklas, mithi mathari / pan pizza with chutny or Sauce and cookies etc. as per instructions .

3rd -Working tea (afternoon)- Tea (including Green Tea, Herbal, Flavoured etc.), coffee with any one of hot snacks such as assorted pakora / samosa / kachori / assorted cookies/cocktail pizzas, /cheese cherry-Pineapple sticks/ Cupcakes/ muffins/ plain dhoklas, mithi mathari / pan pizza with chutny or Sauce, and cookies etc. as per instructions .

High tea- Tea (including Green Tea, Herbal, Flavoured etc), Coffee, soft drink, fresh juice or Canned Juice, along with assorted cookies, three Types of snacks dishes, one dish of good quality of Bengali sweet and Roasted Dry fruit etc. or as per instructions.

BREAK FAST

Breakfast Contains: 1. Tea (including Green Tea, Herbal, Flavoured etc), Coffee 2. One bakery item (Croissant/muffin/cupcakes etc.) 3. Sprouts 4. Porridge, with milk or Cereals (Cornflakes etc.) with milk 5. Bread with Butter, Jam, Marmalade/ Spreads 6. One non-veg preparation (Egg Omelets/Boiled/Bhurji or Chicken sausages etc.), 7. One South Indian dish with accompaniments 8. One North Indian dish with curd, pickle 9. Assorted cut Fruits, (apple and banana may be served in whole size) and fresh/ Packed (Real / Tropicana etc.) fruit juices etc. or as per instructions.

LUNCH / DINNER

Lunch Menu - 1. Starter- Soup with bread loaf or stick or Buttermilk, Jaljeera etc. 2. Salads- Four Types of Salad preparations including one fruit salad Main Course - 3. Two Vegetable preparation :( One seasonal veg and one gravy i.e. Paneer/Kaju/Mushroom/Koftas/ etc.) 4. One Dal preparation (Moong/Tadka/Chana/Mix/Makhni/Arhar etc) 5. One South Indian dish with accompaniments 6. One dish from Chinese section as per the instructions 7. One boiled or sauté vegetable/Continental dish. 8. Two types of Rice including one plain rice. 9. Roti (Tawa and tandoori/naan), 10. One Non-veg dish i.e. Chicken /mutton /fish /Egg preparation or as per instructions Vegetable sandwich with tomato ketchup as per instructions. 11. Pickles, Papad, Chutney, Cruet Set (Salt, Pepper), thick creamy Curd (& derivatives), 12. One dessert/Sweet/Ice-cream

One Dal preparation- (Moong/Tadka/Chana/Mix/Makhni/Arhar etc.) 5. One South Indian dish with accompaniments 6. Two dish from Chinese section as per the instructions 7. One boiled or sauté vegetable/Continental dish 8. One dish from Pasta section as per the instructions 9. Three types of Rice including one plain rice. 10. Roti (Tawa, tandoori, naan, missi, rumali etc.), 11. One Non-veg dish i.e. Chicken /mutton /fish /Egg preparation or as per instructions Dressed Vegetable sandwich with tomato ketchup as per instructions. 12. Two Curd preparation (Fruit Raita/Dahi wada/Curd Rice etc. and plain curd) 13. Two live counters (Aloo chat/ Dosa Sambhar Coconut Chutney/ Pani Puri/ Tandoori veg./ Tawa Veg with green and shonth chutney,plain sew,curd or Choley kulche, or Paw Bhaji or Pani Puri etc. as per instructions) 14. Pickles, Papad, Chutney, Cruet Set (Salt, Pepper), thick creamy Curd (& derivatives) 15. Three types of desserts Sweet/Ice-cream etc. with one being sugar free. Note: 1. The contractor will arrange necessary tables, bins, decorations & transportation etc. as required. 2. The frills, chef’n dishes etc. in Special dinner must be different from those used in regular Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner.

Continental Lunch / Dinner

Soup with bread loaf / sticks, Two veg and Two non-veg. salads, Starter -One Veg. and One Non Veg. One Potato dish Two conti. Veg Main Course-One Two non-veg. with accompaniments Pasta preparations. Bread , rice(Two Type) Dessert(Two Type)-One Bakery and one Ice Cream or pudding etc. as per the instruction

Packed food

Packed Food for Guest Plain paratha or roti - 4 piece (30 gm each), chapatti, one dry seasonal vegetable(80 gm, one paneer dish, curd(80 ml) ,dal (80 gm), pickle, salad(50 gm) rice(150 gm), one piece good quality sweet(80 gm), packed water (250 ml) as per the instruction. The food shall be Machine packed with food grade material.

Packed Food for Staff Plain paratha or Roti - 6 pieces (30 gm each), Lentil (dal, 80gm), one seasonal dry veg, curd, pickle, Rice, Salad, packed water (250 ml). The food shall be packed with food grade material.

Misc Items

Package drinking Water (ISI certified) Aqufina/Bisleri/Kinley or equivalent.

One liter package drinking water bottle confirming Indian Standards, to be placed in rooms, conference table with glasses and costers as per instructions.

500 ml drinking water bottle conforming to Indian standards, to be placed in room, conference table with glasses and costers as per instructions.

Fresh fruit Juice – 240 ml of glass as per the instruction.

Milk per glass (240 ml) with/without sugar etc, as per the instruction.

Special Amenities that shall include : 06 good quality cookies, 02 green tea sachets, 02 coffee sachets & 02 tea sachets of brands like Nescafe/ Lipton/Twinings/Organic India or equivalent or as per instructions with 02 sugar free sachets, 04 sugar sachets & 04 Dairy Creamer sachets.
