SCOPE OF WORK: A. Removal, dismantling, assembling and fitment of tyres of dumper , water sprinkler, cranes and graders. (Tyre removal from dumpers, water sprinklers, cranes and graders, Dismantling of tyres from rim, Assembling of retraded/ New tyres on rim, Fitment of assembled tyres on the equipment) B. Dismantling, repairing, assembling of final drive, differential, brake assembly and steering linkage etc. for a year. (Dismantling/removal of rear tyres., Dismantling and removal of hub assly, Removal of Rear brake assly, Dismantling and removal of hub assly, Removal of floating seal and disc, Cleaning of brake assly, Re-fitting of brake piston on final drive housing, Re-fitting of brake assembly with floating seal and disc, Fitting of bearings, Cleaning , re-assembling and refitting of hub assly, Fitting of ring gear, Adusting of shim on hub, Testing of oil leakage on the hub assly, Fitment of planatary assly, Fitment of axle and hub front cover, Fitment of both tyres. C. Repairing of Hyd. Cylinders of HEMMS like steering, Hoist, boom, Arm, bucket, dump etc. and Suspensions of Dumpers (Dismantling of cylinder and suspension, Replacing service kit of hyd. Cylinder/ suspension, Assembling of cylinder, Tightening of all bolts/ stud of cylinder) D. Repairing of Sub. Assy. of Shovels and drills like swing machinary, final drive etc.(Cleaning of sub assly, Dismantling of sub assly, Inspection, checking and identifying defective parts, Replacing the defective parts by new one, Assembling of assly, Tightening of all bolts and nuts of assly)

Labour charges for Removal, dismantling, assembling and fitment of tyres of dumper , water sprinkler, cranes and graders. (approx 70 nos. tyres removal and fitment)(labour consisting of 01 skilled and 05 unskilled)

Labour charges for Dismantling, repairing, assembling of final drive, differential, brake assembly and steering linkage etc. approx 17 nos.) (labour consisting of 01 skilled and 05 unskilled)
