Cutting, setting& bending of new plates as per required shape and size. 3. Bucket reinforced by plate welding in all side. 4. Removal of tooth point. 5. Welding of tooth point. 6. Removal of Shroud including corner shroud. 7. Fitting & welding of all Shroud. 8. Repairing/Rewelding of 4 nos eye 9. Co-axial Line Boring/Machining of 4 no. eye 10. Fitment of Bush B. Dismantling Removal and Transporting of under carriage assy components of L&T-300 CK hyd. shovel from Jayant Project 1. Cleaning of undercarriage. 2. Dismentling of chain both side. 3. Dismentling of idler both side. 4. Dismentling/Demounting of sprocket both side. 5. Removal/Demounting of track roller both side. 6. Removal of broken roller mounting bolt from track frame. C.
