Name and scope of work : Straightening and repairing damaged tower/ Mast assembly of 01 no. DMH-311 model drill machine (Machine Sl. no. DMH-1) at Nigahi Project having scope of work as follows- 1) Dismantling of carousel , swing system , indexing system , auto-slip system , drill-rods , power head assembly , feed system , timer shaft assembly , hydraulic and air lines & other sub assy. from Mast of Drill machine Sl no. DMH-1 2) Straightening of bare tower assembly by cutting and removing the damaged portion 3) Straightening of pipe swing-fixing of both ends in the fixtures to make stationary , heating by gas at bend and pressed portion ; by using input arrangement till straightening. 4) Fabrication of 10 mm Thick En-9 Series channel molded box 5) Cleaning of all assemblies & sub-assemblies of Mast 6) Mounting of Bare Tower and Foundation Bracket 7) Aligning and operational testing after fitment of assemblies & sub-assemblies 8) Supervision of Entire Work Note- Crane , Industrial Gas , MS Plate , Electrodes as per requirement will be provided departmentally. Maximum likely manpower to be deployed : 12 no ( Highly skilled -01 no , Skilled-03 no , Semiskilled- 04 no , Unskilled-04 no)

Cost/ charges for Dismantling of carousel , swing system , indexing system , auto-slip system , drill-rods , power head assembly , feed system , timer shaft assembly , hydraulic and air lines & other sub assy. from Mast of Drill machine Sl no. DMH-1 including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of skilled fitter , skilled welder , semiskilled helper manpower)
