Name of work : Fabrication of 12 Nos Footrest of Auxiliary Section Equipment at Old Workshop, Nigahi Project

Scope of Work: Fabrication of 12 Nos Footrest of 04 Nos. Motor Grader MG-19, MG-20, MG-21, MG-23( 04 Nos BEML BG825 Motor Grader), 05 Nos. Water Tankers BWS-70005, 70007, 70020, 70022, 70023 (05 Nos BEML BWS 70KL Water Tankers), 01 No. Payloader PL-04( 01 No CAT 992K Payloader) and 02 Nos. Tyre handler TH-06, TH-07( 02 Nos BEML BL14TH Tyre Handlers) of Auxiliary Section Equipment at Old Workshop, Nigahi Project having scope of work as follows- (1) Welding for total welding length (welding of bushes in rope at 12 places-189cm ,Angle for making box-104cm and box in base plate-26cm towards fabrication of each footrest(2)Fabrication and cutting of 06 Nos pipe of 70mm by gas for making each footrest. Note- MS pipe 70mm length 1.5 inch nominal bore diameter and 4mm thickness OD 48.3mm for one bush 4.37kg/mtr (0.3059 kf for one bush) for 06 no bush bolt , Nut and Washer-04 Nos Each MS Angle size 65X65X6mm (9.4kg/mtr)-2 Nos MS Plate-170mm X 190mm X 10 mm-2.535kg will be provided by NCL. Maximum likely number of workman to be deployed : 03 Nos ( 02 Skilled , 01 SemiSkilled )

Cost/charges of Welding for total welding length (welding of bushes in rope at 12 places-189cm ,Angle for making box-104cm and box in base plate-26cm towards fabrication of each footrest .319 cm per footrest. Total 12 nos footrest
