Name and scope of work : Demounting, repairing, rebuilding and mounting of Bucket assembly, H-Link and Arm Links and Co-axial Line boring of Short Arm housing holes, Bucket housing holes and Links assembly holes in Tata Hitachi EX350 Hydraulic Excavator at Auxiliary Section, OWS Nigahi having scope of work as follows- 1) Demounting , repairing , rebuilding and mounting of Bucket assembly , H-Link and 2 nos. Short Arm Links 2) Reclamation and co-axial line boring work of bucket housing holes(4 nos) 3) Reclamation and co-axial line boring work of Link assembly holes(4 nos) 4) Reclamation and co-axial line boring work of Short arm assembly holes(2 nos) 5) Straightening H-Link and 2 nos. Arm Links by Press machine Note- Welding electrodes and Indistrial Gases as per requirement will be provided departmentally. Maximum likely manpower to be deployed per shift : 6 no ( Skilled-04 no , Semiskilled- 02 no )

Cost/ charges for Demounting , repairing , rebuilding and mounting of Bucket assembly , H-Link and 2 nos. Short Arm Links including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of skilled fitter , skilled welder, semiskilled helper manpower)

Cost/ charges for Reclamation and co-axial line boring work of bucket housing holes(4 nos) ( 172.7 CuCm x 4 nos.)
