Supplying fabricating and erecting welded and/or bolted and/or riveted steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, staging, racks etc.for Steel Structures other than bridge girders, using RSJ, 4 tees, angles and channels/flats, plates, gussets, round or square bars, cleats, bolts etc., with contractors own steel including cutting, bending, straightening, drilling, riveting, hoisting, fixing, erecting, welding, bolting etc., with Providing stiffeners wherever required as per approved drawing including applying a priming coat of a approved steel primer with all contractor's materials, labour, tools & plants, lead & lift including crossing of tracks if required etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying non pressure NP-4 Class RCC pipe with collars, jointing with 1:2 cement and 5 ordinary sand mortar including testing of joints, but excluding earthwork with all labour and material as a complete job. Cement for mortar will be paid separately.(Pipes of 600mm dia and above will be laid using crane/hydra). 600mm dia.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated Design Mix Cement Concrete of specified grade (Cast in-Situ) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and coarse sand 6 of approved quality for the following Reinforced cement concrete structural elements up to height of 10 m from foundation top level, including finishing, using Admixtures in approved proportions (as per IS:9103), to modify workability & other properties without impairing strength and durability complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer in charge. Providing and laying Pitching with Stone Boulders, weighing not less than 35kg each with voids 10 filled with cement sand mortar 1:4 on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications (filter media to be paid separately under the relevant item). Rate is excluding cost of cement which shall be paid extra under relevant item.

Supply and laying of quarry dust including consolidation, supply of all materials, labour, lead, lift, tools, plants, crossing of tracks as per drawing and technical specification as directed by the Engineer in charge in case loose slush is encountered at site of foundation before casting the foundation or laying the filtering media.

Maintenance of track on main line & loops, Points & crossings etc. including special attention to section for carrying out various maintenance works listed in Indian Railways P.Way Manual / Bridge Manual / LWR 23 Manual for safe running of goods and passenger trains with contractor's tools / labours etc. complete, as directed by Engineer in-charge. {Note : (1) Contractor shall arrange one gang at any point of time comprising of minimum 20 labours with sufficient experience in P.Way working and one P.Way Supervisor. (2) In case, contractor provides less no. of Labour / Supervisor, payment will be deducted @ 10% of the accepted rate per person} Track

Hiring of JCB/Hitachi for levelling and dressing ground/dismantling structures ,Removal of jungle, clearing of earth, lowering high cess etc., along side the track between up and down lines obstructing drainages of 25 rain water, clearing of bushes obstructing visibility at curves and Level Crossings with all lead and lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .All labour, tools and plants consumables stores including supply of JCB/Hitachi with crew to be provided by the contractor at his own cost. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.

ROOFING // Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. // Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) 34 total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING & TUBEWELLS // Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, beyond 90 metre & upto 38 150 metre depth below ground level. // Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Cost of ballast

(b) Cost of labour including transportation, loading, unloading & stacking etc.

Design casting & jacking RCC box (minimum grade of concrete M35) as per approved Drawing below railway track under running traffic conditions by box pushing technique in all type of strata including, providing RCC Thrust bed , casting of Box, suitable epoxy coating on the wall and top slab and pushing of Box with contractor design includiing all tools and Plants, providing drag sheet if required provided intermediate jacking point if required , dewatering including all temporary arrangements to carry out the work in the safe condition, 41 making joints of Box watertight with the help of epoxy or suitable material with contractor men, machinery and material including cement (OPC 43 Grade) & reinforcement steel required for carrying out the work etc complete in all respect. in the present base appr. size of Box is taken as 5.0x4.50 M inside dimension. Note:- (i) Locations of Thrust bed will be decided by Engineer In charge in view of the safety of running tracks and other expect. (ii) Mode of Payment (a) On casting of Thrust bed 15% of the item (b) On casting of RCC Box 50% (c) On pushing of Boxes under the Railway embankment/track as per the approved design and drawing 30% (d) On completion & finishing remaining 5%.

Fabrication of rail cluster with Railway's 52 kg/60 Kg SH/US rails and contractor's fuel, equipment 42 and labour etc, erection, fixing in position for supporting and protection of running track during pushing of precast RCC box and removal of the same after completion of site . The rate includes cutting of rail, fixing of rail in position & removal of the same with contractor's all machinery, labour, fuel, tools and plants and other equipment's as per requirement, all applicable taxes and charges.
