Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/ moulded beading or Taj beading of size 18x5mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/ nails on the edges of the Pre-laminated particle board as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1) for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, priming coat on unexposed surface with: Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture.

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat). Old Work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch inproper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls completeincluding disposal of rubbish to the dumping groundwithin 50metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth i/c all cost of material, labour and scaffold etc in all position complete. Note : Putty shall be applied only on the internal walls, for application on the exterior walls prior permission of Chief Engineer will be required.

Wall painting by any mechanical or manual means with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls by any mechanical or manual means with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Economy Exterior) of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @1.67ltr/10sqm over and including one coat undiluted exterior waterproofing coating @ 2.39 litre/10 sqm with crack bridging ability of upto 0.5mm on horizontal surfaces with an elongation of 150% and water proofing of upto 3 bars on vertical surface
