Application of ZYdex make Zycoseal /MYK/Penetron and  zycoprime/MYK/Penetron mixed with water in ratio of 1: 5 and apply over entire surface 

Treatment to Pipe Cutouts or core cut treatment: All PVC pipes should be coated with MYK AquaArm Latex 45 /Penetron/BASF & fine sand should be sprinkled on those when bonding coat of AquaArm Latex 45 is still tacky. One coat of AquaArm UniPrimer GE /Penetron/BASF @ 0.2 Kg per Sqm should be applied on entire area covering vertical portion of PVC pipe in Core and floor at least by 25mm. Sealing of core cut with non shrink grout: Annular space between PVC pipe & core cut surface should be filled with high strength, cementitious, non shrink grout – ArmGrout M Penetron/BASF At Core treatment location, first coat of MYK  AquaArm 2C / Penetron/BASF shall be applied at the junction between PVC pipe in core and RCC surface. When first coat of AquaArm 2C is still wet MYK Seal Arm Tape 2000S/Penetron/BASF should be fixed on it. Immediately, second coat of AquaArm 2C should be applied to that the SealArm tape is saturated with the waterproofing coating

Pressure grouting with MYK epoxy grout /Penetron/BASF at weak points.  Wherever weak and honeycombed concrete is there, drilling of 10 mm dia holes with electric drilling machines shall be done along the weak concrete or honeycombed area @C/C 1 meter to a depth of half of the concrete thickness. Pressure grouting should be carried by using hand operated grouting machine of pressure 2.5 Kg/cm2 through the nozzles starting from one nozzle and stopping the operations when the grout starts coming out from adjacent nozzle, this is done similarly in all the nozzles using MYK ArmGrout Inject EP / penetron /BASF. After 24 hours Nozzle should be remove and seal the holes with boss make PU 50   Construction joints shall be treated by making V-groove which is 20mm wide and 25mm deep and filled with MYK ReArm Crete RM/ Penetron /BASF

Application of elastomeric, crack bridging Waterproofing Coating: Polymer liquid component of MYK AquaArm 2C/Penetron/BASF should be added to a mixing vessel; followed by cementitious powder component. The mixing should be carried out with a slow speed mechanical mixer until a smooth, lump free mass is obtained. Dampening of surface is needed prior to the application of AquaArm 2C. AquaArm 2C should be applied in two coats; either by brush or spray. A gap of 6 to 8 hours should be maintained between applications of both the coats. Consumption: 2kg/ sqm in 2 coats; 1mm DFT. When second coat is still wet, sieved sand should be sprinkled on it to create a mechanical key for subsequent layer of protective screed or plaster. The waterproofing coating is left for air curing for next 48 hours. 

Pond Test: Water pond test should be carried out over the entire area shall be conducted by keeping water stagnant for 48 hours. In case of any leakage area will be treated again with above mentioned procedure Supplying and applying waterproofing of base using  Pre Applied, pressure sensitive HDPE membrane as per specifications listed below with guarantee period of 10 years: Supplying and installing of 1.2 mm  thick HDPE membrane with pressure sensitive adhesive for Base RCC slab/ basement raft/ subway/ other underground civil structures conforming to BS 8102, IS 16471 Type I standard for below ground structures, having puncture resistance of 800 + 100 N (as per ASTM E 154) and hydrostatic head resistance 60+ 6 m head (ASTM D 5385), tensile strength of 21+ 3MPa (ASTM D 412), & elongation of 400% (ASTM D 412), peel adhesion to concrete of 880 + 100 N/m (As per ASTM D 903 modified). The membrane should be comprising of a min HDPE layer of 0.8 mm and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer which is covered by a weatherproof protective and trafficable granular layer of sand to protect self-adhesive polymer layer.:

Application of protective screed/plaster (for vertical surfaces): Concrete screed of 50 mm shall be done using (Cement + River sand + 10 mm Coarse aggregate) with proportion of 1:4:2 by volume using MYK AquaArm proof IWP 10 /Penetron / BASF (Integral waterproofing compound) 150 to 200 grams per bag of cement. Broom finishing shall be done on top coat. For vertical surfaces, it is advised to go for 12 to 15mm thick smooth finish plaster using AquaArm Proof IWP 10 – 150 to 200 grams per bag of cement.

Supply and Fixing of Glass mosaic tiles size  20 mm x 20 mm , thickness 4 mm over entire surface . MYK laticrete 325 /Penetron /BASF  white will be used for fixing tiles
