NOTE: 1. W.r.t Overtime rates for deputation of Off Shore, On shore Experts, rates shall be quoted in Part 2 above however same shall be considered for payment regulation and shall not be part of total evaluated amount of BOQ.
2.Costs towards accommodation charges during travel, overseas and in land flight charges, inland travel charges, local conveyance and other misc. charges shall be reimbursed as per actuals based on documentary evidence plus 15% admin charges.
3. Payment shall be regulated as per actual working days including overtime hours and travel days as per the time sheet jointly signed with NHDC representative at site for the work, as per Clause no. 3.0 of T & C of Contract.
