Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with size 600X600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer),with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand &manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including chipping of floor and grouting of joints as per instruction of Engineer In Charge.Tiles shall be of following Manufacturer/ make only :- Kajaria ceramic, hindware homs ltd. , Somany ceramic, H R Johnson tiles Orient bell ltd, Varmora tiles Cera tiles India

Providing and laying matt finish good quality Ceramic tiles of approved make, shade, colour and pattern of minimum thickness 8 mm in flooring, walls, working bench tops, dados in toilets & sides of kitchen shelves laid on a bed of 12 mm thickcement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement/matching colour complete.Tiles shall be of following Manufacturer/ make only :- Kajaria ceramic, Hindware Homs ltd. , Somany ceramic, H R Johnson tiles Orient bell ltd, Varmora tiles Cera tiles india.

Providing and fixing pressed steel Door/Window frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinge jamb,lock jamb, head and if required angle threshold of MS flat of section 50x25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed MS welded, adjustable lugs with split and tail to each jamb including MS butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lockstrike plate and applying a coat of good quality steelprimer complete including removing the old damaged door/window frame as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing new panelled door shutters with 12 mm thick commercial ply of good qaulity quality and manufacture with commercial veneering on both faces, all frame members of the shutters shall be straight, out of one piece without any warp or bow , including welding of MS butt hinges wherever required.

Providing fixing new fly proof wire gaugewindow shutters using galvanised MS wire gauge of designation 85 G with wire of dia 0.56 mm including welding of MS butt hinges wherever required.
