Supplying and fixing with connection of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor cross section area 4 Sq.mm, twin core cable circular, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed for connection from pole junction box to street light fiting including earthing GI wire 4mm with proper clamping, clitting, saddling, passing through pipe with fixing of pipe at pole by 2 Nos. Supply and fixing of Street light pole junction box 3 Phase & neutral 415V AC made of CRCA sheet steel 2 mm thick, size of box not less than 225 mm(L) x 210mm (W) x 110 mm (D), box enclosure should be water and vermin proof. Door having locking arrangement with mushroom head bolt at one end and other end fixed with hinged with proper gasketing for door closing & protection. Box should have water protection shade at the top and projected at the door. pole boxes comprises with "clip on type nylon/ PVC connector suitable for 10 sq.mm to 25 sq.mm size conductor of cable, fixed on din rail- 12 Nos., 6 Amps MCB fixed on din rail -1 No., cable gland brass nickel coated suitable for 4x10 Sq.mm and 4x25 Sq.mm armoured Al. conductor cable as per requirement, fixed at bottom of box on detachable gland plate - 02 Nos." cable entry at the bottom of box, 2 Nos. earthing connections points shall be provided at box out side. One No. cable entry hole at the bottom of box must be provided with suitable rubber ring/ bushing for entry of 4 Sq.mm twin core round Al cable for connecting light fitting luminare on the pole. Clamp for fixing of box on the RCC pole made with iron strip size : 30mm width, 3 mm thick and suitable length with suitable size of nut, bolt and washers, Inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of smoke gray paint inside and out side of pole box and clamps etc.
