Impaling clips are attached directly to the wall/frame work with the points extending outward. Then panels shall positioned and pressed into place.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid board of required sizes comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58- 60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N(Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm², modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moistureproof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel piano hinges/soft close clip on concealed hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 65mm Thick Baffle with CTC 200mm Providing & Fixing in position phenol bonded Bamboowood, made in India, baffle ceiling of the panel with equal spacing grid for perfect alignment. The overall panel has a width of size more than 1800 mm. The panel comprised of customized bamboowood rafter of thickness 65mm with a height of 135mm and a centre to centre gap of 200mm. Customized bamboowood rafters of Epitome Bamboowood, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) from Building Material Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC) in approved color/texture/finish. The panels are coated with seven layers of UV rays absorbing termite resistance anti-yellowing acrylic-based clear PU coating system having a film formation thickness of nearly 0.55mm to 1.15mm and deposition equals in a range of 95gms to 135gms per sq.mtr. The baffles need to be arranged and fixed in a way to form a panel with a customized C-bracketing channel along with accessories that automatically control the center to center distance, and to have the flexibility to match the length as per the site requirements, and the weight of this panel shall be inbetween 8.5- 9.5 Kg/Sqm. The entire panel is to be mounted on an MS grid confirming to CRCA IS- 513D and Powder coated. The bamboowood shall have a minimum density of 1000 Kg/Cum and minimum hardness of 1000 kgf, all complete as per the direction of Engineer In-Charge.

Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixedto the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastenerof 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boardsto both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, Galvanized M.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each with zinc coating of 120 gm both side inside) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corner (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm), joint finisher and two coatsof primer suitable for board as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge all complete.

70 mm overall thickness Partition using 10mm thick double skin non-asbestost multipurpose termite, fire & moisure resistance (acoustic 30db) cement bonded particle board as per IS: 14276 with suitable cement bonded board screw.

Providing and fixing frame work for partitions/ wall lining etc. made of 50x50x1.6mm hollow MS tube, placed along the walls, ceiling and floor in a grid pattern with spacing @ 60 cm centre to centre both ways (vertically and horizontally ) or at required spacing near opening, with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ ceiling/ floors with steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, includingmaking provision for opening for doors,windows, electrical conduits, switch boards etc., including providing with two coats of approved steel primer etc. complete, all as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Mud plaster of 25mm thick with gobri leeping including all materials on walls and floor (including preparing the surface and wetting it before application. The preparation of mud plaster to be prepared by mixing clay with sand and water and adding combinations of minerals such as silica, alumina, iron oxide, cow dung, fibre and additives (cement/ lime) etc as per the directions of engineer-in-charge. The prepared mix consistency and ratio to be priorly approved and test patches to be checked by Engineer-in-charge. The mix to be levelled and graded with proper slope using wooden trowel and finishing the edges, all complete.)

Indian ethnic art painting such as tribal Art Pithora or warli/Gond or Bhil Painting on any wall surface ( interior or exterior) by using textured/smooth exterior/interior paint of approved brand or Manufacturer including preparation of surface and cost of all material labour and scaffolding etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth i/c all cost of material, labour and scaffold etc in all position complete. Note : Putty shall be applied only on the internal walls, for application on the exterior walls prior permission of APD/Chief Engineer will be required.

Finishing walls by only mechanical or manual means with textured exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.

Granite work gang saw cut (polished and machine cut) of thickness 18mm for wall lining (veneer work), backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement: 2 marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the marble shade: (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps, which shall be paid for separately).

Display Units: Fabricating and making glass display cases using 12 ± 2mm thick laminated glass with 2 layers of glass and a layer of PVB in between. The internal glass shelves of 6mm thick laminated glass to be supported on 10mm thick glass partitions. The case to be fixed on a steel support of 100 x 100mm box iron section using rubber gasket and silicon sealent. M.S members to be coated with zinc oxide and painted black with epoxy paint. Filling the base with foam and laying velvet fabric of approved color and texture. Glass case to be fixed into grove of metal support and skirting stone of granite carefully. Digital and Printable Media Displays

Providing, supplying and fixing PVC stretchable fabric in ceiling of thickness upto 2mm with 3D UV digital printed graphics as per design provided by Engineer-in-charge. Fixing the fabric to powder coated metal framework with necessary pins and screws as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge (Cost for metal frame work to paid separately)

Providing and fixing frontlit blackback fabric made of printable PVC free polyester fabric surface and blackout back (size 0.9 m (W) x 2.4 m (H)) to print traditional motifs and text (or as/ design) in ultra matte finish using compatible eco solvents and latex ink. The canvas to be lightweight knitted in 100% polyester textile with a black PU coating to the reverse. The canvas to be fixed to 2nd class teak wood frame on top and bottom with necesaary adhesive and screws. The wooden frame to have groves and carving as per the design provided. The frame to be hung from metal grid ceiling using steel sections with necassary screws and fasteners. The size of teak wood frame to be 1.2m (L) and cross sectional dimension of 0.1m X 0.1m. The teak wood to be finished with approved polish (including surface preparation) as per the directions of Engineerin Charge. The work includes installation of the banner to existing grid false ceiling with necessary screws and hardwares, all work complete and nothing shall be paid extra.

Interactive Panels Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of 75" 4K UHD (ultra high definition) flat panel having in plane switching (IPS) and resolution of 3840 x 2160 (UHD) and aspect ratio of 16:09. The panel to have a viewing angle of 178° H/ 178° V with infra-red touch and 20 Points touch. The glass shall be og miimum 4mm thickness with morsel 7 grade tempered glass that is explosion proof and anti glare. The Touch mechanism to be with finger, pen and all other opaque objects. The processor to be Quad-core A55, 1.5 GHz and should be operable with Lan/ Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth. The system to have in built speaker, 4 USB ports, 2 Touch USB, 3 HDMI, PC audio, RJ45 and RS232 connector, mic, ear phone and OPS Slot along with inbuilt signage software, miracast. Providing laser engraving on hardwood panel (sample to be approved) as per the design and relief provided in drawing. The panel to be sanded and smoothened on edges with necessary tools, machinery and finished with a coat or two of approved oil based preservative and polish as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. The panel to be fixed with necessary studs and bolts on ms frame, all work complete. (The rate is exclusive of metal frame)

Providing and fixing signage, caption, photograph of UV Digital print quality on self adhesive soft monomeric Polyvinyl carbonate film of 100 microns (± microns) with natual white hue which is tear ad scratch resistant. The finished work to weigh 300 ± 20 gsm and having inital adhesion of 9-12 N/ inch. The film to be fixed on 5mm acrylic sheet with permanent clear solvent acrylic adhesive as directed by incharge.

Providing and fixing backlit polyster canvas (water resistant) with HP latex of 210 GSM and top coated with ink-receptive layer having full color gaphics in matte finish as per the design selected by Engineer-in-charge. The canvas to be fixed in metal/ wood frame with a metal/ wood backing surface with necessary screws/ nails/ tapping etc as per the drawing and details.The canvas to be covered with clear glass pane. (The work excludes cost of framing and glass panel but includes fixing of canvas as per directions of Engineer-in-charge)

Providing and fixing standalone display panels with ms frame and support having a primer coat and finishing with powder coat of approved color. The panel to have a wooden frame of 2nd class teak wood and polyester cotton canvas having a gloss ink-receptive layer which makes it a water and dust resistant to be fixed with adhesive, staples and screws. The canvas to have high physical strength to withstand stretching and stapling during framing process. The panel to be framed with 10mm thick laminated clear glass. All work to be complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge

Art Objects, models and sculptures

Providing and fixing 3D architectural models scaled as suggested and made in fiber glass having a base box of water proof ply wood and a top cover of glass/ imported acrylic sheet. All work to be complete including finishing, sanding, fixing, etc as approved by Engineer-in-charge with necessary hardware and accessories as per the dimensions and scale provided with high quality material. (Nothing shall be paid extra)

Providing and fixing 3D architectural models scaled and made from sand stone of approved color, design and texture by hand and machine carving under the supervision of Engineer-in-charge. The work includes carving out patterns manually and with machine for fine intricate patterns with CNC cutting as per design provided. Installation of model to be done in pieces as per the design and fixed on prepared base using cement mortar with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. The sculpture to be finished with stone protective coating covering the total surface. (The work includes preparation of sketches /drawings, 3D computer model, miniature sample, surface preparation, machinery tools and hardwares, finishing, transportation, installation, fixing all work complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge)

Providing and fixing MS casted and cut mild steel leaves and branches to metal frame work by seamless welding finished with primer coat and expoxy color coat of approved brand by Engineer-in-charge. The design pattern and detailing of leaves and branches to be made as per the drawing provided.

Providing, commissioning, and installing a basalt stone sculpture of best quality stone of approved colour, design and texture by Engineer in charge. The dimensions of the sculpture to be of 1.2mx 1.2m and 2m height with stone relief ranging from 10 to 200mm as per design. The work includes carving out patterns manually and with machine for fine intricate patterns with CNC cutting as per design provided. Fixing & installation to be done with necessary SS screws/ anchors of required size and making necessary chases in masonry/ RCC wherever required, including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 marble dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. The sculpture to be finished with stone protective coating covering the total surface. (The work includes preparation of sketches /drawings, 3D computer model, miniature sample, surface preparation, machinery tools and hardwares, finishing, transportation, installation, fixing all work complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge)

Providing and fixing fabricated faux plants, topiaries, vines and trees with realistic appearance for treescapes and biophilic design in museum made of fire retardent fabric, artex and expandable foam. The fabrication to be customised as per overall height, foliage style, walk under height and installation requirement as per the design provided by Engineer-in-charge. Each component to have a PVC or steel collar and to be secured with nuts, bolts and steel wiring to the base plate. The wood tree trunk replica to be of commercial grade with approved texture, color and shape.

Designing, making and installing artefacts made out of recycled scrap material of human scale to be displayed in the museum made as per the description provided by experts and consultant artist for designing element as per conceptual proposal.

Flooring

Providing and fixing 33mm thick heat strengthened glass laminated together using three layers of glass with two layers of polyvinyl butyrate (PVB) having clear interlayer to be fixed in supporting steelwork on all four sides having minimum edge support for glass panels to be 30mm to be sealed using two part polysulphide or heavy duty silicon sealent in translucent color. The floor to take minimum UDL of 5.0kN/m² . The bedding strip between glass and suppoting steel work to be 60 to 80 shore hardness continous strip in standard color. All work to be complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: steelwork shall be paid extra)

Supplying and providing mix river pebble stone of various colors, textures (matte/ polished) and sizes upto 100" (round and oval) that are formed naturally by continous water flow over a long period and found on riverbed. The pebbles to be laid under glass floor after the framing of glass is done and before glass is fixed on the frame. The size and color to be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Emergency Signage having size of 300x180mm, wattage of 5 Watt, size and color as per international standard signage graphic supported with Lithium Ion battery backed up upto 5 hours. The signage to have high quality alluminium alloy extrusion body raw material, finished in matt black after phosphochromate treatment. The signage to be fixed with necessary screws and hardwares at locations decided by Engineer-in-charge.

Metal tree

Providing and installing aluminium tree of approved colour and design as per below specification: All elements of tree like trunk and branches to be cast in aluminum with average thickness of 5-6mm, spcifications as per technical sheet. The proposed work inlcudes preparation of sample mintaure model, casting, sanding of the exterior surfaces if necessary, welding the cast pieces together and final finishing of approved colour and patina a. It includes installation and transport.

Providing, making and installing leaves made in aluminum sheet 1-2 mm thick as per specified and approved design. It includes samples, CNC cutting, finishing, transportation and installation.
