DESSICANT TYPE DEHUMIDIFIER WORK IN COLD ROOM OF SORTED SEXED SEMEN LAB AT CENTRAL SEMEN STATION, BHADBHADA, BHOPAL.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF COLD ROOM DESSICANT TYPE DEHUMIDIFIER FOR MAINTAINING COLD ROOM HUMIDITY BETWEEN 40 TO 45% -Cold Room Temperature: 4 to 7 Degree C -Present Humidity conditions 85% -After Dehumidification Humidity required inside the Cold Room between 40 to 45% RH. -Basic Dehumidifier comprising of high efficiency desiccant honeycomb rotor/bed mounted on a horizontal fixed shaft arrangement. It has positive sealing of process and reactivation air stream to allow independent airflow. The Dehumidifier will be double skin 25mm thick PUF Insulation, the inner skin will be 24guage PPGI Sheet. -The supply air section shall comprise of inlet fresh air filter 20micron synthetic nonwoven media filter incased in aluminum housing. -The post cooling coil shall be duly insulated and will have sandwiched type insulated drain pan which will be 18SWG SS304 construction for draining the condensed water from the coil. -Pre cooling inlet and outlet temperature and humidity sensors suitable for 8 row coil design. -Dehumidifier section with desiccant honeycomb rotor on a horizontal fixed shaft arrangement. This section will have bypass damper arrangement to bypass return air. -Process fan section length will be as per standard dimensions of the fan required to be installed in the housing with plug type drive with process motor having capacity 250cfm -Bed drive unit with 16rph to drive rotor @1.8 rpm, 0.5hp, 3 phase 415 Volt5s 50 Hz. -Bed drive sprocket SS 304 clocking kit. -Reactivation motor with reactivation fan will be provided. The reactivation fan section length will be standard design to install the fan in the housing. -Double sking panel cabinet with non thermal break coving aluminum section. -18 Gauge SS 304 construction to drain the condensed water from the coil. -Chain drive link 12” -Electrical heater section with 100% electrical heater bank suitable design. The desiccant section will be provided with view glass. -The dehumidifier unit will have 2 aerofoil blade, volume control dampers at supply, return, reactivation air inlet and outlet. -Air pressure switch for reactivation section, rotor seal with silicone for high temperature. -150mm x 150mm x 12mm mounting pads for mounting Dehumidifier. -The Dehumidifier will be provided with Evaporator cooling coil with separate outdor unit to treat the dehumidified hot air so as not to increase the heat load of the Cold Room -Electrical control panel with RYB Indicators, Digital Voltmeter and Ammeter, switch 3 Pole start stop push button, on/off trip indicators for motors.
