(SOR No. 5.9.2) Centering shuttering I/C strutting, propping ……etc Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters butteresse s, plinth beams and string courses etc.up to plinth level.

(NSOR) Labour only for fixing of nuts & bolts required for structural foundation work as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. ( Base Rate Rs. 8/- Kg)

(SOR No. 5.1.1) P/L reinforced cement concrete of specified grade with 20 mm metal M-20 grade concrete.

(SOR No. 2.25) Filling available excavated earth (excluding hard rock/Ordinary rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

(NSOR) Supply and spreading in EHV Substation yard or road works, with hard moorum/hard copra having maximum dry density not less than 2 MT per cum with stacking, boxing, including cost of material, Compaction with watering (Minimum compaction 95% of MDD), T&P, Royalty all & lift etc. complete in layers not exceeding 200 mm, as per specifications and direction of Engineer in Charge. (Base Rate Rs. 292/- per Cum)

(NSOR) Providing & laying stone crusher dust (1st layer) and mix of stone crusher dust & cement (2nd layer) in substation yard as indicated below (applicable for other than B.C. soil strata) : (a) 1st layer : Providing & Laying stone crusher dust (free from organic matter and foreign matter etc.) of average thickness 50 mm including spreading, watering …... etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. (b) 2nd layer : Providing & Laying mixture of stone crusher dust (free form organic matter and foreign matters etc.) and cement in ratio of 1:14 (1 cement : 14 stone crusher dust, the quantity of cement shall not be less than 1 standard bag of 50 kg. in 0.5 Cum of stone crusher dust) of minimum thickness 50 mm including mixing ....... etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge Note: This item shall not be executed without prior permission of CE (Civil Trans.) The quantity of stone crusher dust shall be measured in volumetric terms also so as to exercise cross check. (Base Rate combined for both the layers, @ Rs. 93/- per Sqm)

(NSOR) Supply, stacking and spreading of 40 mm crusher broken metal black trap, basalt or granite uniformly in substation yard in desired thickness, free from dust and foreign matter, including transportation up to site, lead and lift, T&P labour royalty and taxes etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Base Rate Rs. 1003/- per Cum)

(SOR No. 18.9.3) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water …. CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

(SOR No. 18.9.1) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water …. CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 15 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

(SOR No. 18.34.1) Providing and fixing CPVC gate valve with knob of approved quality. 25 mm nominal bore

(SOR No. 10.22.1) Steel work welded in built up section/ framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structure steel etc. as required. In Stringers, treads landings etc. of stair cases including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.

(SOR No. 10.22.1) Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

(SOR No. 11.74) Providing and laying factory made coloured chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of stone dust, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including locking edges with M 15 cement concrete in complete as per manufacture's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 60 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern.

(SOR No. 11.84) Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
