(SOR No. 5.16.1) Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including cost of binding wire all wastages and overlaps, couplers (overlaps shall be provided as per requirement of IS 13920 for ductile detaling IS 456 RCC Design & SP 34 Reinforcement detailing) etc. complete .(Note:- 1. Spacer bars (chairs) shall be paid separately as shown in the drawing and as per direction of engineer in charge.2. No extra payment shall be done for overlaps and/or couplers.3.Couplers shall be conforming to IS code on “Reinforcement Couplers for Mechanical Splices of Bars for Concrete Reinforcement - Specification”) Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

(SOR No. 5.1.1.) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete (with 20mm nominal size graded stone aggregate) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : M-20 Grade Concrete

(SOR No. 5.9.1) Centering and shuttering in cluding strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for concrete upto plinth level

(SOR No. 5.9.2.1) Centering and shuttering in cluding strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Uptoplinthlevel.

(NSOR ) Labour only for fixing bolts of any length i/c weight of nuts & washers , etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

(SOR No. 6.5.2) Brick work with well brunt open bhatta, bricks, crushing strength not less than 25kg /cm2 and water absorption not more than 20% in foundation and plinth i/c curing etc complete.Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand).Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand).

(SOR No. 13.1.2) 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)

(SOR No. 2.24) Filling available excavated earth (excluding hard rock/Ordinary rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

(NSOR No. 14) ) Excavation , Reclaiming & Screening of previously spreaded 40 mm metal as per requirement in yard . Work includes removal of previously spreaded metal ( the excavation upto required depth will be done and all vegetation, roots shall be removed and the soil so obtained shall be cleared of all vegetation , roots and foreign material and will be relaid in the yard and well compacted with light rollers so as to attain the optimum compaction ). The above activities include collection of metal at suitable place, uprooting of vegetation and clearing of all foreign material etc., screening with sieve so as to remove all dust and small particles to get specified 40 mm metal , stacking the same at suitable place after sieving for measurment purpose and will be respread in the yard in desired thickness . The rate includes all labour and T&P, lead & lift etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

(NSOR No. 37) Providing & Fixing in position LDPE Film of 150 micron (0.15 mm ) , ISI mark- 2508 (Grade 231) , including heat sealed joints at ends as per IS 9698 including cost of all material, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge

(SOR No. 4.1.2.3) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :M-7.5 Nominal Mix -1 Cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate

(NSOR NO. 8) Supply,stacking and spreading of 40mm crusher broken metal black trap, basalt or granite uniformly in substation yard in desired thickness, free from dust and foreign matter,including transportation up to site, lead and lift, T&P, labour,royalty and taxes etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
