ITEM NO-04(a) Sofa - Providing and placing in position fully uphoistered sofa made with 18mm block board and B grade teak wood farme. flat spring below foam at seat, sittching, slopes colour, hemming with seat of 80mm thick softy foam and recron filler, 100mm 40 density foam on back and arm with 40mm thick high density foam, seat and back covered with best qualiyt markeen, and finished in fabric (of not less than Rs 1000 per mtr) of approved colour, texture and qualiyt including teak wood molding / farme sofa to be made in the module of one / two three seater wih arms on both face, seat size 500x550mm over all depth 700mm. (a) Three Seater with handles.

ITEM NO-05 Providing And Placing of Revolving HIGH BACK CHAIR : The cushioned seat is to be made of injection molded plastic outer & inner. Plastic inner shall be upholstered with cover and moulded high resilience ( H R) Polyurethane foam of density 45+/-2kg/m and Hardness 16+/- kgf as per IS : 7888 for 25% compression. The stwiched cover should be made from spacer leatherette Seat Size should be 47.0 cm(W) x 48.0cm (D).The cushioned back is to be made of PU Foam with insitu molded MS E.R.WRound Tube of size 1.9+/-0.03cm x 0.16+/-0.0128cm. duely upholstered with leatherette. The High Back should be of size 45 cm(W) x 75.5 cm.(D). The armrest top should be moulded from polyurethane (PU) and mounted on to a drop lift adjusted type tubular armrest support made of 3.81+/-0.03cm x 0.2+/-0.01cm thk M.S E.R.W tube . The structure should be powder coated The armrest height shall be adjustable up to 6.5+/0.5cm in 5 steps. Mechanism should be Active Bio - Synchro Mechanism. The adjustable tilting mechanism is to be designed with the following features:it should be 360D revolving type.Front pivot for tilt with feet resting on ground and continuous lumbar support ensuring morecomfort. Tilt Tension adjustment can be oprated in seating position. 5-position tilit limiter give option of variable tilt angle to the chair.Seat/back tilting ratio is of 1 : 2. The mechanism housing is to eb made of HPDC Aluminium black powder coated.. Seat adjustment is integrated in the seat through a sliding mechanism , Seat depth adjustment range is of 6.0+/- 0.5cm.. Adjustable Back support back frame is to be connected Up/Dn mechanism housed in plastic T spine . It can be adjusted in the range of 7.42+/-0.5 cm for the comfortable back support to suit individual need. Pneumatic Ht adjustment has an adjustment stroke of 10.0+/-0.3 cm. The Pedestal ahall be of high pressure die cast polished Aluminium and fited with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal should be injection moulded in black 33% glass fitted nylone 66 with castors. The 5 bos. wheel castors shall be injestion mouldedin plastic having 6.0+0.1cm wheel diameter and assembled to pedestal. Over all size : 76.1 cm (w) x 76.1 (D) x 113.6 -131.1 cm (H) (Furniture Make-Godrej/Geeken) esign as approved by Engineer-In-charge.(Doctor's cabin+ Deputy registrar)

ITEM NO-06 Providing And Placing of VISITOR CHAIR FIXED : The chair should be of size 60.9 (W) x 64.3 (D) 99.5cm cushioned seat is to be made of injection molded plastic outer & inner. Plastic inner shall be upholstered with leatherette and moulded high resilience ( H R) Polyurethane foam of density 45+/-2kg/m compression. Seat Size should be 47.0 cm(W) x 48.0cm (D).The cushioned back is to be made of PU Foam with insitu molded MS E.R.WRound Tube of size 1.9+/-0.03cm x 0.16+/-0.0128cm. duely upholstered with leatherette. Mechanism - the tubular frame shall be cantilever type & made up of 02.54+/-0.03cm x 0.2+/-0.016cm thk S.S 202 tube. The back connect to frame through powder coated (DFT 40 -60 microns) high pressure die cast connector piece.(Furniture Make-Godrej/Geeken) Design as approved by Engineer-In-charge.(Doctor's cabin+waiting).

ITEM NO-07 Corner Table 750x750x400 - Providing and placing corner table as per drg. made of 19mm BWR block board finished with 1.0mm laminate of approved shade. The cost is inclusive of all labour and material as approved by Engineer in charge.

ITEM NO-08 Centre Table for 1200 x 600 (Veneer Finish) - Providing and placing corner table as per drg. made of 19mm BWR block board finished with 4.0mm veneer of approved shade to be melamine polished. The top is of 12mm. glass with polished edges, fitted with SS studs.
