Providing and erection on existing foundation 16 meter high mast lighting system suitable to install upto 8 No. 2 x 250/400 w M. H/S.V/LED flood light and control gear with integral power tool, weight 450 kg. comprising of 2 sections of hot dipped galvanized materials as per BSEN ISO 1461 thickness 3 mm & 4 mm, dia 150 mm & 360 mm for top and bottom respectively, stress fitting arrangement on site with 500 mm over lap dynamic loading to with stand max wind pressure as per-IS875 part III, parameters for structurl & foundation design must be taken from wind tunnel test. Designing & casting of open raft shallow footing foundation with M-20 cement concrete suitable for 16 meter high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at siteas 10 T/sq m at 2 meter depth including excavation, foundation nut bolts in an approved manner as per manufacturer drawing or engineer-in-charge. Supplying and installing double wall corrugated pipes (DWC) of HDPE (IS1 4930 Part II- marked) for cable laid underground with necessary material and at required depth upto 90 cm. below road/ground surface, including excavation, back filling with excavated material, ramming and making the surface good. 50.00 mm outside dia. Supplying and fixing flood light with high power LED of 3 to 6 Watt each assembled on single MCPCB and additional unique peanut lens on each LED, system lumens output with efficacy120 lm/Watt. luminiare having color temp upto 6500 K & 50000 hrs. burning life with minimum @L70, The colour rendering index of LED light should be more than 70. Luminiare comprises of driver, PF0.95 & surge protection 10 KV. Housing made of pressure die cast aluminium with heat resistant flat glass, IP65 protection.
