S& F four wheel (double axle) trolley with kamani suspension, suitable to hold mobile unit and can take a weight of DG set , along with change over switch (160 A) for mounting 200KVA DG set .Trolley must have hand brake system for controlling the trolley.Trolley must have, 8 Channel Size 3×6, 2 Angle Size 2.5×90 Inch, 5 Rim for tyre Size 7-50-16, 2 Nakka set Rotavatorz, 4 Kamani Set Patta, 1 Hitch Gulla 2 Inch, 8 Rakaab, 4 Rakaab Plate, 40 Nut & Bolts, Patha Plate, Platform loading capicity with 5 Ton, 3 Cotter Pin Size 1.5×6, Side Footrest, 5 Tyre Size 7-50-16). NOTE- (1) Size of trolley must be 2 feet more around the DG set for maintenance.

(A) ENGINE (PRIME MOVER):- Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, 6 cylinders, four stroke, conforming to ISO 3046/BS 5514 water cooled naturally turbo charge air cooled, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 200 KVA outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bhopal (Taking all derating factor into consideration) including battery 12/24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with fly wheel, all standard fittings / fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tacho meter , lube oil, temperature , pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self-starting system, dynamo fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (shutdown) high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc. (B) ALTERNATOR- Brushless AC alternator, 3 phase, 4 pole,415 volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 200 KVA. Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 protection class enclosure, insulation class “H” salient pole, revolving field single bearing automatic voltage regulator through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (A) BASE PLATE: - Made out of structural steel as per manufactures recommended design/ specifications. (B) AMF CONTROL PANEL:- Factory made cubical type floor mounted LT panel board, indoor type made out of MS angle not less than 25x25x5 mm and 1.6 mm thick MS CRCA sheet, front opening type protection, class IP-54 duly powder coated after seven tank process, with electrolytic grade copper bus bar of appropriate capacity for four poles with all standard switch gear & protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multithreaded copper conductor cable etc and also consisting of following:- (a) LT ACB, 300 Amp capacity, 4 pole, 50 KA, 440 Volt 50 HZ manual draw out type breaking capacity 50 KA MICROPROCESSOR protection based with overload, short circuit, earth fault and instantaneous over current protection unit complete with digital meters - 01 Nos (b) Ammeter 0-300 amps, 96mm x 96 mm square dial flush type ISI marked with selector switch 3 way and compatible current transformer – 01 Set. (c) Voltmeter 0-500 volts 96mm x96 mm square dial flush type ISI marked with rotary selector switch 3 way – 01 set. (d) LED Phase indication lamps (R-Y-B) – 01 set. (e) Frequency meter digital type 45 to 55 Hz. – 01No (f) KWH meter 3 phase unbalanced load – 01 Set. (g) All standard relays, circuits and protection required for automatic operation of Gen set. (E) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: - Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tanks process the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition and OX, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load alongwith testing conformance, labelling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002. (F) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 8 hours operation of Gen Set.
