SCH 'A' Pt - XI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS NOTE:- For items of INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND HOT WATER SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III ( INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND HOT WATER SUPPLY WORKS) shall also be applicable.

M&L point wiring for light point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq.mmm PVC insulation unsheathed muilt-starnded FRLSH copper conductor 1100 Volts grade draw through in and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit and conduit accessories, concealed in walls and terminated to and including provision of modular metal flush boxes (metal switch board of any type and size) with modular metal frame plate and white cover for housing switch, sockets, regulators etc, including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conducotor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for the following points (Ser Item No 4.02 to 4.06) . Supply and fixing Cast Iron sluice valve of size 100 mm dia bore, having pressure rating PN 1.0, flanged with jointing material i.e. new rubber gasket, nuts & bolts, washer etc of suitable size and taking down old unserviceable sluice valve with ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed. Note : Material will be accepted and allowed to incorporate in the work only after production of proper purchase voucher from authorised dealer and test certificate from the manufacture.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning in replacement of HT underground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire aromoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded condutor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip and overall PVC sheathed 33000 volts grade (earthed) of cross sectional area of size 120 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directted by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of galvanized steel High Mast lighting system of 16m height with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. it shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, stainless steel wire rope of 316 grade (97/19 construction) double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage symmetrical arrangement suitable for luminaires & its control gear boxes and lightening protection finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation and suitable for 08 lumanaries. High mast shall have top 150mm dia, bottom 410mm dia, sheet thickness 3mm at top & 4mm at bottom and base plate thickness min 25 mm and including the following: (i) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from spacial steel and hot dip galvanised along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. ( min 8 nos all as per OEM specifications). (ii) Supply of control panel housing suitable control circuit for the operation of high mast. It shall also consist of suitable control for the power tool motor with timer/contactor facility. (iii) Supply of LED type aviation obstruction light fitting 10W. (iv) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for high mast considering the safe bearing capacity of soil as 10T/Sqm at 2 m depth with all material and labour. (v) Erection of high mast with suitabe equipment and wiring of luminaries with all wiring material and labour. (vi) Installation of control panel on suitable foundation including all material and labour. (vii) Automatic timer panel for switch 'ON'/'OFF' of high mast shall be provided and timer shall be astro type. (viii) Testing and commissioning of High mast system. NOTE: (i) Earthing of high mast shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Supply of flood light luminaries shall be measured and paid separately.
