M&L for preparation of old floor chqured tile surfaces of any description and providing two coat of red colour appx paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of old decorated plstered or unplasterd surfaces of walls and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic emuslion paint complete all as per manufacture's instructions & as directed by Engr -in-Charge. Make :- Asian / Apex / Berger (Wheather coat All Guard).

M&L complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emuslion paint over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty & including a coat of emulsion wall primer all as per manufacture's instructions & as directed by Engr -in-Charge. Demolition of brick work and stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar and lime mortar.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm below or above ground level.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

Brickwork with flyash bricks, Old size bricksstraight or curved on plan to any radius in brick walls, built in CM (1:6) all as specified

M & L rendering 10mm thick on other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified

M & L applying three coat of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

M & L 75mm th PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S& F sand filling under floor or in floor or paving, laid in including watering and consolidation true surface for laying paver block complete all as specified and directed

M &L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, Grade M-35 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for suspended false ceilling comprising of 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement bulding boards fixed or laid/inserted to GI frame work with screws over Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. Hangers 2 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 for laying of floor tiles as directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm 30cm x 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished With white cement and pigment all as specified and directed
