S&F in repair factory fabricated Busbar Chamber outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with powder coating of size not less than 1.00 x 0.45 x 0.90 for set of 04 copper busbar 400 Amps rating , supported with suitable size heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral, The Chamber shall be fixed 60 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 and fixing arrangement with angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in repair double-walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 50 mm bore conforming to IS, approved colour, complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, Runway/ PTT by trenchless technology using ultrasonic technique and necessary machine including provision of HDPE pipe of sie not less than 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying ,Laying, jointing and testing in repair XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, aluminum conductor cable 1100 volts grade ,laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls, etc., complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- Note: Necessary excavation, DWC Pipe, and return refilling will be measured and paid separately. (a) 16 Sqmm, 4 core

(b) 25 Sqmm, 4 core

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31), 09 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole and 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size including taking down the old unserviceable poles complete all as specified and directed . Note: Necessary excavation, PCC work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel tubular pole/strut, of any description and in any position 9.00/8.50 Mtr height and scrapping of pole with emery paper and applying one coat of aluminium paint on all the metallic surfaces including protection pipe, cross arms, clamps, GI pipe bracket of street/security light, anti climbing devices etc and providing three Nos radium band strips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded aggregate) for foundation of poles struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in coping of poles etc (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement and necessary form work for coping of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in repair PVC insulated and PVC sheathed twin core Aluminium conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm for connecting from bus bar box to street light fittings/ OH line to street light fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labor in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in the ground vertically to a depth, not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground level (with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level) connected to GI strip 25mm x 4mm main earthing lead using galvanized bolts, nuts, and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I, earth lead connected to earth test point & main switchboard, etc with & including the adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with a funnel and wire mesh, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. The cost of earth leading up to and including 7.5 meters only from the top of the earth electrode is deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead if any is required shall be measured and paid for separately under the appropriate item of Sch. 2. The cost of the earth pit chamber and the cover is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labor in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia using bolts, nuts, heck nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note:- 1. The cost of earth leading up to and including 7.5 meters only from the top of the earth electrode is deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead if any is required shall be measured and paid for separately under the appropriate item of Sch. 2. The cost of the earth pit chamber and the cover is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC Junction boxes of size 300mm X 300mm X 150mm depth, fixed on Lt Pole with 2 Nos MS Clamps of 25 x 5mm FI and nut, bolt, washers including 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars 100 Amps on insulators and 1 No of MCB 10 Amp and locking arrangement with steel sliding bolts including disconnecting and reconnecting cables with suitable lugs complete. Note:- Required cable lugs, terminals MCB of suitable capacity are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labor in repair for maintenance and water-free Conductive Concrete earthing system earthing complete with 100 mm dia of earth enchasing with cement including 17.2 mm solid copper rod electrode with 65 mmx10mm copper bonded flat on top along with providing required holes as directed by Engg-in- Charge to connect the earthing strip, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.14 meter below normal ground level and in160 mm dia bore hole by drilling through any type of soil using mechanical hydraulic boring/drilling machine/Manually after inserting of main earth electrode in the boring hole, rest space to be filled by the excavated soil. The copper bonded electrode is to be connected with 25 mmx3mm copper strip using a copper/brass nut bolt of size 8 mm with copper washer near the top end of the earth electrode is to be connected to Copper strip 25mmx3mm as main earthing lead using copper /brass bolt, nuts, washers, check nuts and strip firmly, earth lead to be connected to earth test point. PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for inspection chamber (earth pit ) of size 300mmx300mm internal with 100 mm thick at side i.e. total 500mmx500 mm outer side & 300 mm depth with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle etc including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of earth lead up to and including 7.5 metres only from the top of the earth electrode is deemed to be included under this item, and additional earth lead, if any required, shall be measured and paid for separately under the appropriate item of Sch A.

M&L in repair for earthing complete with copper Earth Plate 600mm X 600mm X 3.15mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.10 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.10 mtr below ground level), connecting to copper strip 32mm x 6mm main earth lead by means of tinned copper / brass bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers besides brazing at all joints all as directed and connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to test point, made of phosphorous bronze/gun metal of size 75mmx75xmmx25mm dril and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screwed, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt in alternate layers of 100mm thick all around the plate, under and above the plate and returning, filling of earth spread levelled, watered and compacted to required level, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast 40mm thick RCC cover of (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle, GI medium watering pipe 25mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed . NOTE : (i) The cost of earth lead and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead , if any, required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’. (ii) Any joint in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed/permitted.

M&L for earth testing and recording the earthing values of copper/GI/Chemical and Maintenance free earthing once in three months after disconnecting the strips from the test point terminal from the earthing pit in the presence of JE/User / Engr-in-charge with an approved earth resistance tester complete all as directed. Note: 1. The cost of Earth tester duly calibrated along with labour and Register is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in repair epoxy insulator on wall/RCC pillar with fasteners at any location, including hangar roof, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI funnel with wire mesh for watering the earth pit made to shape and size with using PGI sheet minimum 1.0mm thick and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HDPE DWC flexible pipe of Size 40mm external & 33 mm internal dia (ISI marked) including required clamps/couplers to be fix at 1.5 mtr interval on wall to fix the pipe properly and smooth suitable for insulation & protection of GI /copper /aluminium strip of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HDPE DWC flexible pipe of Size 50mm external & 38 mm internal dia (ISI marked) including required clamps/couplers to be fix at 1.5 mtr interval on wall to fix the pipe properly and smooth suitable for insulation & protection of GI /copper /aluminium strip of any size including taking down the old unserviceable pipe. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth in soft / loose soil and getting out for removing / laying of pipe lines complete all as specified and directed

S & F for marker fabricated with 14 gauge MS sheet of size 300mmx180mm rectangular with 20 mm square hollow bar 60 cm long duly painted of colour as directed for writing ER value, date of testing and due date for testing, Earth pit No etc complete all as specified and directed including taking down the old unserviceable marker complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required PCC work with sufficient digging to support & fix the marker is included in this item.

M&L for painting on earth pit & cover with two coats of approved color cement-based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for rep/maint of of existing tilted/embedded earth pit by digging not exceeding 3 feet deep around earth pit, filling by nearby soil & re-adjusting the earth pit in proper manner, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking up or down existing unserviceable / deshaped, aluminum / GI earth strips or taking down conductors of any size and in any position at any location in any height of the building and hangar stacking properly the serviceable strips for re-use in the work including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing & connecting aluminium earth strip 25 mm x 3mm as in roof conductors / down conductor fixed on walls / roofs with saddels/epoxy insulator including screws required at site including taking down old strip complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) GI socket & PCC/ brick masonry block for fixing of GI pipe post shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A’. (ii) GI pipe 1.2 mtr will be in a single length & no joint will be allowed.

Supply & fixing GI water tubing, light grade, 50mm bore, 0.6 mtr long duly threaded on one side for fixing socket as in Air termination stand / post at roof top of hangers/bldgs including taking down the old unserviceable pipe compete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) GI socket & PCC/ brick masonry block for fixing of GI pipe post shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A'. (ii) GI pipe 0.6 mtr will be in a single length & no joint will be allowed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 for block, type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate for block size 150 mm x 100mm X 150mm, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, with and including necessary form work and all exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removal of old broken unserviceable PCC block at site complete all as specified & directed. Note : An epoxy insulator shall be fixed on the PCC block with the help of rawal plug & screw to support and fixing the down conductors / earth strips.

M &L in repair for PCC 1:2:4 for & around lightening conductor pipe on roof of building, type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 350mm x 350mm X 350mm, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, with and including necessary form work and all exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removal of old broken unserviceable PCC / block at site complete all as specified & directed. Note : contractor is responsible to arrange his own T&P for carrying the PCC material on roof of any building .

M & L in repair for earth pit of internal size 300mmx300mmx300mm with wall thickness 100mm casting at site with and including PCC base 500X 500X100mm made of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast 40mm thick RCC cover of (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle etc. including removal of old broken unserviceable earth pit from site complete all as specified & directed.

M & L in repair for earth pit cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 320mm x 320mm x 40mm thick, cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle with and including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine-made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n, etc 15cm long and dia of 11 to 15mm complete all as specified & directed.
