Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 30.5 m flag mast. Mast shaft shall be in three sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. Mast shall be suitable for Indian Tri Color Flag size 30 ft x 20 ft. It shall have double drum winch, 6 mm dia galvanized wire rope and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of flag. Suitable control panel shall be provided for reversing operation of power tool motor. Supply of aviation system with 3c x 2.5 sqmm Cu armoured cable. Painting of 30.5 m flag mast with a coating of primer and PU painting. Complete in all respects as per enclosed technical specifications and drawing. Rate shall include all labor, materials, tools & plants etc. and with all lead, lift taxes etc. complete. All materials shall confirm to IS standards

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 m high hot dip galvanized octagonal PU painted pole of minimum 3 mm wall thickness of S 55 grade compliant with BSEN 10025 suitable to mount 1 No. LED 350 W flood light fittings at top with suitable mounting arrangement. Fixing of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sum, lugs, MCB and all labor including testing of system. Poles shall have a base plate with minimum 20 mm thickness and four foundation bolts. Rate shall include all labor, materials, tools & plants etc, and with all lead lift, taxes etc. complete all materials shall confirm to IS standards

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED flood light luminaries 350 W specially designed for flag mast lighting purpose to focus proper light from ground to 30 m height. Fitting should be extruded aluminum housing cum heat sunk made of pressure die cast aluminium body with and covers and high power discrete LEDs with secondary lenses for optimum optical performance. Driver with in-built protection against surge voltage (up to 4.5 kV) open/short circuit along with suitable arrangement and support for mounting luminary for focus lighting on flag. Rate shall include all labour, materials, tols & plants etc, and with all lead lift, taxes etc. complete all materials shall confirm to IS standards
