The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works, such as Rigid Pavement with Thin White Topping/PQC Road Work, with a minimum quantity of 3000 Cum, and a minimum M40 Grade or higher grade of concrete. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: * One similar work costing not less than 20% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years. * Two similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years. * One similar work costing not less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years. The average annual construction turnover on the construction works should not be less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years. The bidder should have executed similar items of work in any one financial year during the last 5 financial years, which should not be less than the minimum physical requirement, if any, fixed for the work. The values and percentages mentioned include: * 20% of the probable amount of contract for one similar work. * 30% of the probable amount of contract for two similar works. * 50% of the probable amount of contract for one similar work. * 50% of the probable amount of contract for the average annual construction turnover. * 3000 Cum as the minimum quantity for similar works. * M40 Grade or higher grade of concrete as the minimum grade for similar works.
