The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific years of experience for various positions, such as: 1. Project Manager: 10 years of similar work experience, with 5 years of experience in a similar position. 2. Material Engineer: 7 years of similar work experience, with 3 years of experience in a similar position. 3. Site/Field Engineer (Road & Bridge): 7/10 years of similar work experience, with 3/5 years of experience in a similar position. 4. Plants & Equipment Engineers: 7 years of similar work experience, with 3 years of experience in a similar position. 5. Quality Control & Testing Engineer: 7 years of similar work experience, with 3 years of experience in a similar position. 6. Quantity Surveyor: 7 years of similar work experience, with 3 years of experience in a similar position. The bidder should have completed either of the following similar works: a) three similar works each costing not less than 20% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years; b) two similar works each costing not less than 30% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years; c) one similar work costing not less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years. Additionally, the average annual construction turnover on the construction works should be not less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 Financial years. The bidder is also required to provide details of successfully completed similar works, including the agreement number and year, name of work, date of work order, date of completion, amount of contract, amount of completion, and employer's name and address. The experience certificate must be duly signed by the employer and should contain the physical quantity executed in the last five financial years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as: - 20% of the probable amount of contract for three similar works - 30% of the probable amount of contract for two similar works - 50% of the probable amount of contract for one similar work - Average annual construction turnover not less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 Financial years.
