The required prior work experience for the bidder includes execution of similar items of work in any one financial year of the five financial years, with a quantity not less than the minimum physical requirement fixed for the work. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 20% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years, or at least 30% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years for two similar works, or at least 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 financial years for one similar work. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in construction of Rigid Pavement with Thin White Topping/PQC Road Work consisting of minimum M40 Grade or higher grade of concrete, with a minimum quantity of 3000 Cum. The average annual construction turnover on the construction works should not be less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 Financial years. Additionally, the bidder's key personnel should have specific years of experience, including: - Project Manager: 10 years of similar work experience, with a total of 15 years of work experience, and 5 years of experience in a similar position. - Material Engineer: 7 years of similar work experience, with a total of 10 years of work experience, and 3 years of experience in a similar position. - Site/Field Engineer (Road & Bridge): 7 years of similar work experience for B.E. Civil, and 3 years of experience in a similar position, or 10 years of similar work experience for Diploma in Civil, and 5 years of experience in a similar position. - Plants & Equipment Engineers: 7 years of similar work experience, with a total of 10 years of work experience, and 3 years of experience in a similar position. - Quality Control & Testing Engineer: 7 years of similar work experience, with a total of 10 years of work experience, and 3 years of experience in a similar position. - Quantity Surveyor: 7 years of similar work experience, with a total of 10 years of work experience, and 3 years of experience in a similar position. The weightage given to the value of similar works executed in any one year during the last five years is 10% per year. The average annual turnover on the construction of Civil Engineering works during the preceding 5 financial years shall not be less than 50% of the probable amount of the contract.
