The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having paid for or received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s), or paid for development of Eligible Project(s) in Category 1 and/or Category 2, or collected and appropriated revenues from Eligible Project(s) in Category 1 and/or Category 2. The bidder should have experience in projects with an estimated capital cost exceeding the amount specified, and should provide details of the total payments received or made and revenues appropriated for each eligible project for the past 5 financial years. The value of similar work completed is 20% of the Estimated Project Cost, and the percentage of work completed is more than 90%. At least one fourth of the Threshold Technical Capability should be from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3.
