The bidder should have completed either of the following: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 20% of the probable amount of the contract, during the last 5 financial years. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the probable amount of the contract, during the last 5 financial years. - One similar work, costing not less than 50% of the probable amount of the contract, during the last 5 financial years. The average annual construction turnover on the construction works should not be less than 50% of the probable amount of contract during the last 5 Financial years. The bidder should also have executed similar items of work in any one financial year during the last 5 financial years, which should not be less than the minimum physical requirement, if any, fixed for the work. In the case of a Joint Venture, specific requirements are mentioned, including the lead partner and other partner completing certain percentages of the work. The bidder must submit detailed information on the amount and physical quantity of similar works completed in the last five financial years, including the current financial year.
