Operation and maintenance of swimming pool by engaging skilled staff in three shifts . In the scope of this item the operation of starter, motor-pump for running of pressure filter for cleaning of pool water to make it suitable for swimming. The mixing of chemicals for filtration of water as per the advice given by the chemist of company (the chemicals will be provided by the Jyoti club management). The cleaning of inside of pool by mechanical means i.e. suction sweeper (suction sweeper with itsbrushes will be provided by the Jyoti Club management). In the operation and maintenance of swimming pool the work like changing of gland rope,defective washers of taps and work of oiling, greasing of pump- motor are also included. The complete protection of all the fixtures provided in the swimming pool along with round the clock watch and ward will be ensured by the shift duty staff complete all as per the instructions of engineer in charge.

Cleaning of ladies and gentst oilet- bathroom Units with cold acid,detergent powder including toilet seat,urinal pot, cleaning of tiles up to full height, clearing of choke of traps and sewer lines etc. complete all as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

Sweeping and cleaning of open area surrounding of pool, manager’s room, open verandah, entrance foyer and the path, disposal of garbage to the designated place complete all as per the instruction of engineer in charge.
