BEARING TEMPERATURE DETECTOR FOR 6.6 KV AUXILLIARY Specifications is here under:1. BTD to be suitable for measuring the temperature of bearings of motors up to 150°C in chemical atmosphere.2. BTD should have resistance element of platinum having 10092 Resistance/Temperature characteristics to BS 19043. Element resistance (Excluding leads ) 100 0.252 at 0° C.I 38.5 0.592at 100°C.4. Insulation resistance between to with stand H.V test at 1.5V FOR 1 minute.5. Resistance element to with -stand H.V test at 1.5 kV for minute.6. Resistance element should be in ceramic body sealed unit.7. The sheath , covering the element is to be made of stainless steel, suitable for protecting the element from mechanical damage. Complete sheath including collar be covered with insulating sleeve.8. The leads are to be 19/0.16 mm dia (19/0.006) silver plaited copper PTFE (TEFLON) insulted 4 meter long and its resistance to be 0.05192/m. max. at 20°C.resistance at °C. 9. The leads/joint should be capable of with-standing pull out strength test of 5kg on each lead.The element resistance will be checked after this test.10.
