Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 10% for Past Performance - 3 years for Experience Criteria The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document 3. Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR 4. ISO 9001 certification 5. BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification as per Scheme-II of Schedule-II of Bureau of Indian Standards(Conformity Assessment) Regulations,2018, for goods conforming to IS 13252 (Part - 1) 6. Test Report/supporting document/reports to prove the conformity of the product as per specification.
