Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work . Paint Should be make of Asian Apcolite/ berger Luxol/ Nerolac Excel Premium Quality.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer’s specification. One or more coats on old work . Distemper should be make of Asian/berger/ nerolac/ Shalimar premium Quality.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm). Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint should be Asian Apex Ultima.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
