Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Reinforced cement concrete work of grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Steel work in built up tubular section (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) with hot finished welded type tube Truss trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc., complete.

Labour charges for structural steel fabrication work including dismantling, cutting, hoisting, assembling to required shape and size, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as directed by Engineer- In-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames with second class teak wood, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick flush door shutters, conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing aluminium work with Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust-free,straight, mitered, and jointed mechanically wherever required, including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) with float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)with float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint with two or more coats on new work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Providing & fixing 10 mm thick Solar Control Polycarbonate sheet (Multicell) with required colors as approved by Engineer in charge in required shape fixed with EPDM rubber gasket both side and top and joints filled with silicon solvent to make the joint water proof.The open overhang end of the polycarbonate sheet to be sealed with powder coated aluminium channel of size 10x10x1.5mm thick weight not less than 0.2kg/m the polycarbonate sheet and profile shall be fixed with self taping and drilling 50mm long steel screws fixed not taping and drilling 50mm long steel screws fixed not more then 150mm c/c. The rates are inclusive of cost of all materials and labour for cutting, bending and fixing such as polycarbonate sheet, Alocx, aluminium profile, aluminium channel, EPDM gasket, self taping, nuts & bolts etc upto height of 10m including scaffolding & stacking of serviceable material.

Cement concrete flooring 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade for New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
