The details are as follows: - The bidder must have completed at least three similar works, each of a value not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost. - Alternatively, the bidder must have completed at least two similar works, each of a value not less than 60% of the Estimated Cost. - Another option is that the bidder must have completed at least one similar work of a value not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 25,613,621,100. Therefore, the monetary values for the similar works completed are: - 40% of the Estimated Cost: Rs 10,245,448,440 - 60% of the Estimated Cost: Rs 15,368,223,260 - 80% of the Estimated Cost: Rs 20,490,897,280 The bidder is required to have completed similar nature of work during the last seven years ending up to the previous day of the last date of submission of online tender. The experience of the applicant firm in similar work executed under a joint venture shall be restricted to its share of responsibilities as reflected in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the parties while forming the joint venture for that work. Similar work is defined as RCC Framed structure work or Building Work. The details of all works of similar nature of work completed during this period should be provided in Form C.
