The eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 3 years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: 80% past performance is required, and copies of relevant contracts to be submitted along with bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the year. 3. Local Content requirement: Minimum 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively. 4. Experience of successful completion of min 4-5 similar projects within India in the last five yrs. The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - 3 years (for experience criteria) - 80% (for past performance) - 50% (for local content requirement for Class 1 Local Supplier) - 20% (for local content requirement for Class 2 Local Supplier) - 4-5 similar projects (for experience of successful completion of projects) The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document 2. Certificate of registration as per GOI/Min of Fin (Department of Expenditure) OM No F 7/10/2021-PPD dt 23 Feb 2023 regarding amendment to Rule 144 (xi) of GFR 2017 3. Compliance certificate of each technical parameter of bids 4. Technical Specification: Duly complied with, sealed, and signed by the firm as per Appendix ‘A’ of the RFP 5. Tender Conditions Acceptance Certificate: Duly stamped with firm official seal and signed by the firm 6. OEM Authorization Certificate 7. Acceptance of Technical Specification Certificate 8. Non-Disclosure certificate as per Appendix ‘C’ of this RFP
