The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products. Additionally, the Camera OEM should have supplied a minimum of 2,000 IP CCTV cameras to any State Government, Central Government, or Public Sector Undertaking in India over the past seven years. 2. Past Performance: The past performance percentage is 10%. The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. ISO 9001:2015 2. ISO 14001:2015 3. ISO 27001:2013 4. ISO 45001:2018 5. IEC 27032:2012 6. CMMI Level 5 or above certification 7. H.265 HEVC certificate 8. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance 9. Extended Producer Responsibility License/ Authorization No. from Central Pollution Control Board for Electrical & Electronic Equipment E-Waste 10. BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR 11. Affiliation as an Industry Training Partner of an appropriate active and approved training council of NSDC in the field of electronic security / CCTV/ Video Surveillance or similar. Additionally, the OEM should have its own service centre nearby 250km from the buyer location.
