Almirah - Specification: Supplying and Installation of storage Almirah. Material - mild steel, Size 915mm (l) x 486 mm (d) x 1980 mm (h). Color: approved shed. Finish: epoxy powder coated polyester. Construction: CO2 welded. Filing storage body made out in 0.8 mm & door 0.8 mm CRCA sheet. 4 Fixed shelve in 0.8 mm & CRCA sheet having four shelves making five compartments, 2 way locking mechanism with shooting bolt 2 numbers of doors shutters. These components shall be made of CRCA ‘D’ grade high yield strength. Uniformly distributed load capacity of each shelf shall be 30-40 kg maximum. Each rack shall be provided with stiffener at bottom for strength. The entire body panel and shelf shall be made of high yield strength, the complete steel structure shall be constructed by welding and provide finishing with epoxy polyester powder coated to the thickness 50-60 microns (+/-10 micron).
