The tender specifies the following eligibility requirements: 1. Experience Criteria: - The bidder should have experience in executing similar services, with a satisfactory "Work Execution Certificate" issued by the End User/Owner/Authorized consultant. - The bidder should have successfully executed/completed a minimum number of work orders/contracts/rate contracts with a minimum work order/contract value for providing "Environment Monitoring Services" in any Oil & Gas Industry/ Chemical Industries/ Fertilizers/ Refineries/Petrochemicals/Gas Processing complex during the preceding Seven [07] years. - One (01) WO/ Contract with a value of Rs 1.78 Lakhs - Two (02) WO/LOA/Contract with a value of Rs 1.11 Lakhs - Three (03) WO/LOA/Contract with a value of Rs 0.89 Lakhs 2. Past Performance: - The bidder's past performance will be considered if they have executed similar services for their own Plant/Projects, Subsidiary/Fellow Subsidiary/Holding Company, or as a Sub-Contractor. - The bidder should have completed the work orders/contracts with a minimum value as specified above. - Completion/Execution Certificate specifying the document, which must contain the reference of the relevant Work Order/Agreement/Contract, actual value of completed/ executed work, actual date of completion of work, and full address of Client/Officer issuing Certificate. The values mentioned are: - One (01) WO/ Contract with a value of Rs 1.78 Lakhs - Two (02) WO/LOA/Contract with a value of Rs 1.11 Lakhs - Three (03) WO/LOA/Contract with a value of Rs 0.89 Lakhs - 15% of margin of purchase preference/price band as defined in the relevant policy for MSE Service Providers. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: - UDYAM Registration certificate (for MSEs) - Chartered Accountant (CA) certification for UDYAM Registration certificate (for MSEs) - Notary Public attestation with a legible stamp for UDYAM Registration certificate (for MSEs) - Aadhar Card - GST certificate - PAN certificate - Valid NABL certification - Recognition certificate/order/letter from statutory bodies - Valid registration of Environmental Laboratory under Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, as notified by MoEFCC or recognition by CPCB/ MPPCB (M. P. Pollution Control Board)/Any state Pollution Control Board - Valid certification from NABL for Chemical & Biological Testing - Document proof of complete Work Order/ Letter of Acceptance / Contract along with its Schedule of Rates (SOR) issued by the End user/Owner/Authorized Consultant of End User or Owner - Completion/ Execution Certificate specifying the above document.
