Bidders must have transportation experience from a Manufacturer/PSU/Government Department/Public Ltd. Company/Private Limited Company dealing in fertilizers, food grains, cement, sugar, coarse grains, or similar products within the five years prior to the bid due date. This experience must meet one of the following criteria: at least 20% of the estimated contract value in a single contract within one financial year; 40% of the estimated contract value across multiple contracts within one financial year; or 75% of the estimated contract value across single or multiple contracts regardless of financial year. For partnerships, only the firm's experience counts; individual partners' experience is not included. If the estimated contract value is less than 7.5 crore rupees, bidders lacking the required experience may participate by providing a performance guarantee (bank guarantee) of 10% of the contract value from a scheduled commercial bank (excluding cooperative and Gramin banks).
