Supplying & Fixing busbar chamber of reputed brand under MII confirming to IEC-61439-3 / IS-8623 & IEC-60529 / IS-2147of size not less than 400X300X150 and is fabricated using sheet steel (CRCA) and epoxy powder coated to give superior & lasting finish. The bus bar sections are made of ETP grade copper & dull tin plated and the bus bar supports are made of DMC (Dough moulding compound). Supply of 60 Watt LED Street light made up with pressure die cast aluminium housing with weather proof conditions suitable for all weathers, toughened clear glass, high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection. Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of cubicle type totally enclosed free standing type moisture, dust and vermin proof Panel Board made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet Steel IP 42 floor mounting type and the same will be installed in ground at a height of 200 mm using MS Angle base frame suitable size of 50 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm size angles with necessary CC foundation with minimum dimension of 1200 mm(H) X 1000 mm (W) X 300 mm(D) fabricated in compartmentalized design. The sheet steel shall undergo minimum 9 tank treatment followed by finishing powder coating of min 60 micron thickness. the board includes 415 V electrolytic, 400 Amp (each strip) 04 nos Aluminium Bus Bar, removable gland plates, cable glands, including connection with outgoing feeders complete in all respect. Supplying of 7 meter high hot dip galvanized octagonal street light pole confirming to ASTM, BSEN, ISO STANDARDS with 70 mm top dia, 130 mm bottom dia, 3mm thick and with a base plate of 200 mm x200 mm x 12 mm complete with 1 mtr hot dip galvanized single Arm bracket with maximum diameter range 40 mm at the arm end for fixing the street light, having provision of internal junction box and suitable foundation bolts etc. as required at the site of work.

Erection of metallic pole of Above 6.5 meter and upto 8.0 meter length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply and installation of CRCA Enclosure single door system of 400mm* 400mm* 200mm (W*H*D) Fabricated from 2.0 mm CRCA sheet steel powder coated, mounting plate made up of 2mm galvanised steel, IP 65 protection, foamed in PU gasket, 110 deg door openable concealed hinge door with locking arrangement, i/c and o/c cutouts at bottom for cable with rubber bush, with a set of wall mounting brackets and supply/ installation of double pole 25A MCB with installation of Auto photo switch inside enclosure with all required internal and external wire connections.

Supply of automatic light controller device with 25A load capacity, 230VAC±10% system voltage, 50Hz indoor unit with photo sensor cell along with wire of 5m length for sensing device, with adjustable lux intensity, LED indication, Powder coated sheet metal enclosure for outdoor application. Warranty of 1 years is mandatory.
