Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, DP miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single pole and neutral in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 25 amp rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, SP miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying of surface mounted 20W Led battens in extruded PC housing of make of reputed brand under MII confirming to IS and IEC codes respectively including acessaries for connection and fixing etc. as required directly on wall with round block as approved by Engineer In Charge.

Supplying of 1200mm sweep capacitor type AC. Ceiling Fan complete with 30 cm. down rod with hanging shackle blade and canopy suitable for 230/240 volts ,50HZ, single phase confirming to ISS/374/1966as amended from time to time running at 370 RPM with air delivery of 215 cmm and opal white colour or equivalent etc as reqd. (of make of reputed brand under MII confirming to relevant IS and IEC codes) as approved by Engineer in charge

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Suuplying & Fixing 32 mm Dia x 2.00 Mtrs long G.I. Pipe ( Medium Class) bracket for mounting Fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV LED Street Light Fitting on Pole including bending the Pipe to the required shape, 2 Nos. 40 mm x 3 mm Flat iron clamps with nuts Bolts and washers and painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as reqd.

Pipe ( Medium Class) bracket for mounting Fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV LED Street Light Fitting on Pole including bending the Pipe to the required shape, 2 Nos. 40 mm x 3 mm Flat iron clamps with nuts Bolts and washers and painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as reqd.

Supply of 60 Watt LED Street light made up with pressure die cast aluminium housing with weather proof conditions suitable for all weathers, toughened clear glass, high power LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection. The luminaire should have the efficacy greater than or equal to 100 lumens per Watt of make of reputed brand under MII confirming to IS and IEC codes etc. as reqd. as approved by Engineer in charge. (NABL certified as per specification)

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying of XLPE insulated & PVC tape innersheathed aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size confirming to IS:7098 (Part- I) 1988 with up to date ammendment as required.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of cubicle type totally enclosed free standing type moisture, dust and vermin proof Panel Board made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet Steel IP 42 floor mounting type and the same will be installed in ground at a height of 400 mm using MS Angle base frame suitable size of 50 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm size angles with necessary CC foundation with minimum dimension of 1000 mm(H) X 600 mm (W) X 300 mm(D) fabricated in compartmentalized design. The sheet steel shall undergo minimum 9 tank treatment followed by finishing powder coating of min 60 micron thickness. the board includes 415 V electrolytic, 200 Amp (each strip) 04 nos Aluminium Bus Bar, removable gland plates, cable glands, including connection with outgoing feeders complete in all respect. All MCCB shall have thermalmagnetic release with adjustable over current, short circuit & Earth fault protection with trip history (Faulty phase, type of fault and interupted Current). All MCCB's shall be ics = 100% Icu, with rotary handle & pad locking arrangement, with adjustable O/L & S/C trip setting as per load requirement. All TP MCCB shall be with solid isolable neutral link. The breaking capacity specified is Ics value. All outgoing MCB's shall be C type with below mentioned breaking capacity. The fault withstanding capacity of panel shall be 25 KA rms for 1 sec. The above board shall be complete with 3 nos. phase indicating lights, flush AVF meter with, CT's, PT's, selector switches, protective fuses etc. at Incomer with all inter connections by min. 6.0 sq.mm. Copper wires alongwith switchgears as mentioned below: Incoming 01 Nos of 80 Amp FP Moulded Case Circuit Breaker. Supply and installation of CRCA Enclosure single door system of 400mm* 400mm* 200mm (W*H*D) Fabricated from 2.0 mm CRCA sheet steel powder coated, mounting plate made up of 2mm galvanised steel, IP 65 protection, foamed in PU gasket, 110 deg door openable concealed hinge door with locking arrangement, i/c and o/c cutouts at bottom for cable with rubber bush, with a set of wall mounting brackets and supply/ installation of double pole 25A MCB with installation of Auto photo switch inside enclosure with all required internal and external wire connections.

Supply of automatic light controller device with 25A load capacity, 230VAC±10% system voltage, 50Hz indoor unit with photo sensor cell along with wire of 5m length for sensing device, with adjustable lux intensity, LED indication, Powder coated sheet metal enclosure for outdoor application. Warranty of 1 years is mandatory.
