The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have experience in similar works, including "Building works and cement road works". In case of building works with other civil works, if there is a significant component of cement concrete road work, then this component will be considered as the main component of the work and its amount will be considered for defining similar works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last Seven years, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which the Tenders are invited, at least three similar works of costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to Tender, or two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost put to Tender, or one similar work of aggregate cost not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to Tender. The estimated cost put to Tender is ₹ 3,28,15,158/-. The required prior work experience for the bidder can be calculated as follows: - Three similar works: 40% of ₹ 3,28,15,158/- = ₹ 1,31,26,063.20 - Two similar works: 60% of ₹ 3,28,15,158/- = ₹ 1,96,89,094.80 - One similar work: 80% of ₹ 3,28,15,158/- = ₹ 2,62,52,126.40 The value and percentage of similar works completed are 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost put to Tender, with corresponding amounts of ₹ 1,31,26,063.20, ₹ 1,96,89,094.80, and ₹ 2,62,52,126.40 respectively. The bidder must have completed similar works with values not less than these amounts. Additionally, the "appropriate class means registration limit must be equal to or more than estimated cost put to tender", which is ₹ 3,28,15,158/-, and copies of experience/work completion certificates of required amount are also required to be submitted by the bidder.
