Fixing, connection, testing & Supply of LED Batten, Box type luminaire, with CRCA body, Pre wired for LED tube with supply of Retrofit LED tubular lamp 1X20W,T-8, 4' long, complete with inbuilt LED driver, Make - Crompton, Havells, Bajaj, Polycab (LED Luminarie of the makes as specified above should be as per RDSO's specification for Energy efficient LED based luminaire unit 7 for indoor lighhts to be used in Indian Railway offices and buildings. (Fixing of fitting to be done with proper clamping arrangement as per the site requirement and connection to be done with1.5 sqmm single core copper conductor FRLS by tapping from sub main line including supply of ceiling rose and wires and PVC flexiable pipe) ( The complete system of LED lights (including Driver etc) shall be guaranteed for satisfactorily performance and manufacturing defects for period of 60 months from the date of commissioning or 72 months from the date of suppply, whichever is earlier.(Reference: Railway Board's letter no.2006/Elect(G)/150/5 dated 27.03.15).

Supply,& fixing of Metal body Exhaust Fans (non-capacitor type) No of poles -4 & 8 sweep size 300 mm (Make-Usha,Havells/crompton, Bajaj ) ( fixing of exhaust fan to be done by cutting the hole of required size along with supply and grouting of required nut, bolt & waser to suit the Ex-fan as per site requirement, including connection. )

Scrapping, cleaning & painting of rail pole with 2-coats of Red Oxide primer for entire pole then 2-coatrs of alum. Paint from top up to 5ft above the ground level and 2-coats of Green/Black paint up to 5ft from the ground level with supply of paints.

The firm will have to submit type test report as per IS from NABl accredited lab alongwith the tender. Type test report should not be more than 10 years old on the date of bid opening.

Provision (Supply and erection) of Earthing station (RI-7021) as per Drg.No. ETI/ OHE/P/ 7020 or latest (The price shall cover supply and erection of an earth electrode (RI 7021) as per drawing no. ETI/OHE/P/7020. The price shall also cover the provision of a protective concrete Box with removable MS cover. The material should confirm to ACTM vol. II Part II Para 7.1.1 with figure A 3.01. The price shall cover the testing of earth value and painting the value on the earth pit. The 32 earth electrode shall normally be of mild steel galvanized perforated pipe of not less than 44 mm nominal bore and about 3 meter length provided with a spike at one end and welded lug suitable for connecting directly Earth wire/MS flat of required size at other end. The connection of Earth wire/M S flats to each electrode shall be made through M S links by bolted joints, fasteners to be supplied by the contractor. The earth surrounding the electrode shall be chemically treated by alternate layers of fine charcoal and salt at least 150 mm all around. The item should be procured from approved supplier of CORE or RDSO, duly inspected by either RITES or Railway Representative deputed by Sr. Div. Elect.Engineer (GS)/ Dhanbad.)

Making of Earthing pit 15' deep with Copper plate of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 33 mm with its top from ground level complete with 20 mm dia GI pipe fitted with alternate layers charcoal and salt at least 150 mm thick around, funnel for watering and one earthing lead 20 mm x 5 mm copper strip in GI pipe 30 mm medium gauge, masonry/housing with CI hinged cover plate with locking arrangement complete in all respect. (Copper strip up to ground level to be supplied).

Providing and fixing 06 SWG / 5.0 MM dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop 34 earthing of street light poles, connection from earth pit to main junction board/panel, connecting different earth pits etc. Connection and Looping of earth wire to be done with suitable fasteners, nuts bolts and washer as required.

Drilling of horizontal bore below Railway track / road at a depth of minimum 1.5 meter by pushing method (horizantal boring by HDD machine) for laying of HDPE/SPUN/DWC/CI/GI pipe of various sizes upto 450 mm dia. As per Specification.

Supply of GI pipe 4" dia, Medium gauge 'B' class including fixing with suitable clampnuts, bolts etc as per requirement (Make-Tata, Jindal & Bansal)
