The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for 3 years. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 30% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - 30% of bid quantity - 3 Financial years Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations at which local value addition is made. 2. Declaration relating to percentage of local content, which shall be certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor, if the OEM is a company, and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies. 3. Undertaking from the bidder regarding the quality of products and accessories. 4. Certificate of site visit, as proof of visiting the site before participating in the bid. 5. Product sample of Top cone solar panel, which must be submitted by the bidder before technical bid opening. 6. Net meter approved by Government of India/State Government authority concerned for connecting to Grid 7. ISI marked Connecting cables according to Inverter rating for each system 8. Structural Steel, Grade: E300 (as per IS 2062) for material of mounting structure for mounting the modules/ panels/arrays 9. FRP (Fibre reinforced plastics) for material of Junction Box 10. IP65 for Ingress protection (Degree of Protection) for Junction Box Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum guarantee for maintaining of output peak watt capacity of > / = 90% at the end of 10 years and >/= 80% at the end of 25 years. Minimum 50% Local Content is required for qualifying as Class 1 Local Supplier.
