Preparation of plan for Forest Diversion proposal as per Forest Conservation Act., 1980 for forest land with obtaining Stage-I & Stage-II Forest clearance from Ministry of Environment & Forest (Govt. of India). ( a ) Preparation and submission of land acquisition proposal papers in five copies as per Revenue/Forest Department's requirements for acquisition of private/Govt. Land and diversion of forest land including collection of certified copy of ROR (Record of Rights) from Revenue Department at his own cost including super imposition of proposed alignment on Revenue/Khasra (village map)/ Khata plans ( to be collected by the tenderer at his own cost) and calculation of area to be acquired .Preparation of land plan and schedule village wise for the area to be acquired along with 1 land owners details ,Khata No., plot No. etc and plotting them on tracing cloth showing the land to be acquired as required by the land Acquisition officer /Tahasildar/Forest Deptt. on the prescribed proforma the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge as per private/Govt.Land acquisition Act or as per Forest (conservation) Act/Rules for forest land and other related activity (including certification from Revenue Deptt.) up to the stage of issue of section 11&12 notification under the Right to fair compensation and Transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act.-2013 with latest amendment or any other relevant act amended subsequently to accelerate acquisition of land including necessary survey , Revenue records, collection & preparation of area statement along with land owner list, assisting in carrying out social impact assessment study at concerned level etc. complete along with measurement with contractor's own materials, labour, tools & plants, transport vehicle etc., complete.

( b) Preparation of plan for Forest Diversion proposal as per Forest Conservation Act.-2 1980 for forest land and obtaining Stage-I & Stage-II Forest clearance from Ministry of Environment & Forest (Govt. of India) in accordance with guidelines issued from Ministry of Environment & Forest read along with the requirements & guidelines of Govt. of Maharashtra & Madhyapradesh. Note: (i) All works to be carried out as per Terms & Conditions and scope of work given in Tender document. (ii) Payment will be made as per Payment Schedule.

( d ) Submission of Site-specific wildlife conservation plan to Concerned & onward transmission to RCCF, Concerned.
