Providing & Fixing insulation with encapsulated bags having density of 48 kg/m3 & 50 mm thickness. Material shall have thermal conductivity of 0.036 W/mK at 35˚C mean temperature confirming to ASTM C 518 & thermal resistance of 7.889 hr ft2 °F/BTU. Material shall have Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) value of 0.95 confirming to IS:8225/ISO 354/ASTM 423C & confirms Sound absorption class A confirming to ISO 11654. Base material shall certify Fire class A confirming to ASTM E84, NFPA 90A, B90 & life safety code NFPA 101. (NON SOR)

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of single skin insulated construction Fan Section Only as per specifications. Each fan section shall be complete with squirrel cage induction motor, centrifugal DIDW fan belt drive and vibration isolators. Motor shall be suitable for 415±10% volts/230 Volts 50 cycles, 3 /1phase AC supply. Fan sections shall have high efficiency motors.Starter panel (as described below in item) is part of scope of supply in case of 3 phase fans. All should be as mentioned in tender specifications.All necessary supporting GI hanger, MS structure for supporting units , anchor fastners, nut , bolts etc. to be included in the scope

The starter panel shall include (a) Suitable rating incoming MCB /MCCB, (b) Suitable rating AC-3 duty contactor(s), (c) overload relay with built-in single phasing preventer, (d) star delta timer (For S/D starters), CTs & control MCBs, (f) Phase indicating lights & control MCBs, (g) Push buttons for manual start/stop of motor, ON status indicating light for starter with control MCB, (h) Minimum 2 pole auto/manual selector switch & 4 NO +4 NC potential free aux. contacts for use by Building automation system (i) Time delay relay for delayed restart of motor (j)200-220/24V control transformer for control voltage(k) Interlocking terminals & control wiring from panel to fire damper, motorized dampers etc. as per control scheme .Including suitable Power cabling & double run earthing from starter panel to equipments up to 15 mtrs length. All should be as mentioned in tender specifications.
