Indoor VRV/VRF Units (Nominal Capacity) - Hi wall type Unit. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following minimum VRV/VRF Hi wall Type Indoor unit equipped with synthetic washable media pre- filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multi speed motor, coil section with DX Copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, necessary supports, cordless remote control etc., suitable for operation on single phase 230V±10%, 50 Hz AC supply, complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of DIRECT EXPANSION MICROPROCESSOR BASED PRECISION A/C UNITS complete with All four sides doubled skin sandwich panels with A1 class insulation, air cooled condenser with independent casing and stepless variable speed fans for winter operation for each circuit, Brushless DC Inverter based scroll compressor with its evaporator coil with hydrophilic coating, Electronically commuted brushless motor Backward curved Plug fan, Electronic Expansion Valve, first fill of environment friendly refrigerant (R410a), variable capacity auto-modulating humidifier and vibration isolator. Motor shall be suitable for 415 + 10% volts IE 3, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC supply and external static pressure shall be 20 Pa. Outdoor unit motor protection should be with IP-54 protection and should be weather proof. PAC shall be bottom throw. Auto sequencing of the unit for equal run time should be integral part of the micro-processor. Each unit shall be complete with powder coated electrical panel and double earthing. The cables should be Cross linked polythene insulated, armoured Copper cabling and all termination between main panel and PAC. Timers shall be provided in Electrical panel for delayed start of units. For each unit installation price shall be inclusive of First Charge of Refrigerant, Lifting shifting to the designated floor, Power cabling from MCB to indoor unit upto 10 RMT per unit, Powder coated Adjustable Height Indoor Stand and outdoor MS stand for Outdoor condenser, Commissioning of the unit. Each unit shall have inbuilt sequential controller for operating unit in N+1 confguration. Microprocessor should have inbuilt features of Team Mode and cascade mode incase required. Indoor unit capacity and Condensers should be adequately sized for return Air temperature as per specification.

Supply Installation, testing and commissioning of Y-joints of suitable size as per site requirements.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning U-PVC pipe with fittings of 10 kg /cm3 with 9 mm thick Nitrile rubber of Class "1" including all fittings and jointing with solvent cement and including cutting chieseling / holes in walls, wherever required and making good the same, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Communication cable between indoor to outdoor 2C x 1.0 Sqmm Copper Shielded cable in medium class PVC Conduit Complete etc as required.
