Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33KV grade as required : 3Cx300 Sqmm

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of indoor type (IP 4X) floor mounted metal clad, 33kV Switch Board VCB panel with 5 Nos. VCBs(2 I/C+ 2 O/C+1 B/C), totally enclosed & fully interlocked, truck mounting, horizontal draw out, horizontal isolation type vacuum breaker as per IS / IEC 62271-100 (2007) for breakers & 200 (2003),for panels / IS3247 as amended up to date, having capacities as mentioned below, free standing extensible on both sides, single break, trip free mechanism, motorised charged and auto/ annually closing breaker suitable for use on 33kV , 3 Phase, 50Hz A.C. supply with short circuit fault level of 1500 MVA, complete with self contained short time current 26.3 kA for 3 sec, Internal Arc Test for AFLR 26.3 kA for 1 sec at individual compartments i.e. busbar, VCB, and cable compartment, rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated but encapsulated copper bus bars capacity meeting fault level current , DC power pack, breaker featured with mechanical ON / OFF indicator with and trip device, reaker control TNC switch and all accessories such as shunt trip coil, and auxiliary switch of 4NO+4NC, motorised and annually operated spring assisted closing mechanism, emergency trip push button, interconnections, space heaters, earthing, etc. and equipped with following switchgears and accessories, connections suitable for cable upto 3C x 300 sqmm XLPE cable of 33kV grade (cable entry from bottom), Separate earthing switch shall be provided for Cable earthing . Aux. relays for Anti Pumping & indication. Single Input Double output, Outdoor type IP 54, 33 KV RMU Unit 630A, non-extendable Type Scope: - Design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, stage testing, inspection and testing before supply and delivery at site, storing, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, including cable termination and handing over of motorized, non-extensible, outdoor type Ring Main Units (RMUs) with 1 CB + 2 LBS with cable termination kits, terminal protectors, current transformers, Potential transformer, protection relays, and with metering facility for breakers, complete with all materials and accessories, spares etc. ( except plinth, excavation, earthing ).

Supply and fixing of fire retardant electrically insulated synthetic mat of class C, 3 mm thick suitable for 33kV AC grade and 240V DC system meeting requirements of IS 15652:2006 tested for breakdown strength, tensile/elongation, aging properties, insulation resistance, effect to acid, alkaline, diesel, transformer oil & leakage current test, fire test etc. having minimum width of 1000 mm ± 20 mm along with all allied materials such as Pu-resin, Chemi bound, special PVC adhesive, liquid primer etc. in what so ever quantity required to complete the job as per site conditions and as per instructions from Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing of set of 4 Nos. 9.5 Litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red oxide paint and written with white paint "FIRE" and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket of appropriate size & capacity i/c filling sand etc.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived form natural sources)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing (as per OEM design and recommendation) of overall height of 2 mtr for HT Outdoor Panel in mesh size 50x50 mm made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required in angle iron post & strut of size 65x65x5mm including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The angle iron posts at middle/centre of each face shall be bedded in cement concrete blocks 45x45x 60 cm of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) which shall be erected on a cement concrete base of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)of thickness 10 cm, and the angle iron posts at corner shall be strutted on both sides with struts embedded in cement concrete blocks of size 70x45x50 cm of the same mix as for centre/middle posts including providing a gate of dimension 2x2 mtr whose door frame made of 30x30x3 mm MS angle made from MS angle and door flats of size 30x3mm at 20 cm gaps for the door including locking arrangement for the door and painting the structures with synthetic enamel paint complete as required. The cost of excavation, concreting, installation and painting is included in the scope of work.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supply of following size 1.1 KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098:1988 (Part 1) with upto date amendment complete as required. 4 X 16 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ HDPE pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonary open duct as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing SMC Junction Box on surface with provisions for mounting of MCB , testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 32 A Four Pole rating, 415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing SMC Box complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following 20 A Single pole, 240V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing SMC Box complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 4 X 16 sq. mm

Dismantling of flexible pavement(bituminous course) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometer, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying of following size , B class medium GI pipe with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (100 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 40 mm dia

Constructing masonry Chamber 900mm x 900mm x 1000mm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for cable chamber, with RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) 20 mm nominal size i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate) 40 mm nominal size and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.
