Engg. college. Providing and suply of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) sintex tank of 50KLD, single wall 6mm thick FRP sheet ,material confirming to UL1316,manufactured by Chop hoop winding technology certifacted from sintex, Unloading of complete Sintex' system from the truck. Necessary Excavation as per Sintex' guidelines and installation drawing. Civil works like PCC of 150mm at base of pit, Lowering of RCC Deadmens ( supplied by Sintex') in the pit with the help of Hydra. The RCC Deadmens (equal to the tank length) shall be kept in parallel at a distance based on tank diameter. Filling of Aggregate (mix of 4.5mm & 12.5mm size) between the deadmen up to the height of deadmen (300mm), Lowering the tank between the RCC Deadmens with the help of Hydra. Anchoring of the tank with help of FRP Strap & wire lock to the RCC Deadmen, Back filling work with a mix of 4.5mm & 12.5mm size crushed stones up to top, Simultaneously fresh water to be filled up to top of the tank once the tanks are fixed in the ground, Construction of brick masonry manhole up to the ground level, Construction of RCC slab on top of tank in case of Very High Ground Water Table. All other arrangments for inter connections of tanks and installation for pump. Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness.
