Setting up and Erection of German tent/German Hanger Tent of approximately 95 meters long site of Kavaratti Island with span width of 25 meters , Bay distance of 5 meters,Eave height of 4.5 meters and proportionate apex height to cover an approximate area as enclosed in site layout(attached with tender document) to seat 2500 pax capacity and providing LED backdrop walling system, stage decorations including ceiling decorations with LED lighting arrangements,surround system, Public Addressing system, seating arrangements and barricading as per protocol.The rate quoted shall be inclusive of dismantling the tent assembly,transporting and loading of the same to the sailing ship/cargo vessel,to and fro transportation in ships/cargo vessels, all expenses for assembling ,erection labour charges ,ship tickets, shipping bills, etc all charges until culimination of state level programs between.All works are to be carried out as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge at Kavaratti Island. (Please see the plan of site,general and additional terms and conditions of the tender carefully prior to quoting of the rates.Intending Bidder must upload the design ideas proposed for decoration on stage including LED backdrop, other/floral decorations ,arrangement of entry exit including barricading and seating arrangement as per terms etc to be uploaded in the space provided along with the bid document )

Setting up of an open stage of dimensions 10x6 meter using aluminium portable stage decks and scetions as detailed in the general terms&Setting up, Erection of German tent/German Hanger Tent of approximately 25 meters long site of Bangaram Island with span width of 15 meters , Bay distance of 5 meters,Eave height of 4.5 meters and proportionate apex height to cover an approximate area as enclosed in site layout to seat 100 pax capacity and providing stage decorations with pleasing backdrapes(LED walling not required in bangaram), ceiling decorations with LED lighting arrangements, public Addressing system, surround system, seating arrangements and barricading as per protocol.The rate quoted shall be inclusive of dismantling the tent assembly,transporting and loading of the same to the sailing ship/cargo vessel,to and fro transportation in ships/cargo vessels, all expenses for assembling ,erection labour charges ,ship tickets, shipping bills, etc all charges until culimination of state level programs on-------------.All works are to be carried out as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge at Agatti Island/Bangaram Island.
